+ -1 moreSimple items were missed or either not done (mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchen countertops, etc). We were always at home during the cleanings and noticed the girls⁰ never run water while cleaning the bathroom. How can you disinfect and clean without running water??? We noticed things were being broken or chipped but girls never said anything to us. When we mentioned this to the owners they said it would be corrected at the next visit (which was every two weeks), but problems stilled existed. The tipping point was that they never showed up on our regular, scheduled day. After we called to asked questions as to why....we were told they would not be back due to (adequate staffing). They said we could check back with them after Christmas and they may be able to come back then. ??? Seems to us that if you do not have enough staff, you tell your customers (up front), not the day after you decide not to show up. My wife has MS and is not able to clean. This service was suppose to take stress away from her however it only added more! TCA-Cumming made promises that were never kept. We do not expect perfection but do expect honesty. Very disappointed!

+ -1 moreThis was the FIRST clean and it was terrible. We were provided with a written estimate and a list of services that would be completed in the First and Second deep clean as well as what to expect during subsequent cleans. I got home from work, excited to see the work that had been performed however was deeply disappointed. Very few items on THEIR list were completed. Examples of the fails: Kitchen looked like it did when I left that morning. There was still a ring of gunk around the garbage disposal. Baseboards were not done, cabinets were not wiped down & floors not swept or damp mopped. They did bring in a package from out side for me (I found it opened - thank goodness it was only flip flops ordered). There was no call that evening to see how the clean went and we did not receive a follow up to the messages left until mid day the following day. The did close my blinds...but did not dust them. They vacuumed (I think) and my bathroom appeared to be clean but the promise of extra attention to my glass shower door was not done. Soap scum was still at the bottom corner. My second bath did not have the tub cleaned. They were suppose to take my key and secure it in a locked safe within their office, instead it was back under my matt. The scheduler offered to come out and complete the job however I'm so disappointed I don't want them back. I'm a new customer - why would you send a secondary crew who wasn't checked on after they cleaned (but during) and then left to their own accord. VERY Unhappy and would not trust their work or recommend this customer. It's just not worth it.

+ -1 moreI think it's pretty clear how it went overall. I've never used a cleaning company at this rental property but for my first experience I learned a great deal about how these things work and what to look for when I need the work done again. I know one company that will never get by business or referral ever again yes that's you (Cleaning Authority) Cumming,Ga. Brad, 2 ways to avoid these problems 1. If you say your gonna call if more time is needed. (CALL). Dont bill me and say the job was complete. 2. Your estimating department needs more training or experience. I know you've been in business a while and performed 100's of jobs like this. You gotta hit the estimating mark much better. 1/2 way is no where close. Come on!
Description of Work: I recently called on the Cleaning Authority to assist me in cleaning my 3 bedroom home. The company was given to me through a referral and Brad was my contact. I was met at the property by the person given the in home estimate just so happen I was showing the property that day to a potential renter the estimator was was provided in detail everything I wanted cleaned and she even stated to the potential renter "Oh Yes we will have this place sparkling when we are finished". Brad called me following the estimate report and advised that this should be a 2-3 hour job and I'f it looks like they will need to go over the time "I'll be sure to call you and ask your permission to proceed". A day later I get the bill and charge to my card for $200 and Brad advised the job was completed and it took 2 hours and 50 min. I was finally able to go to the property 2 days later to see how the job looked. When I say the house looked 50% cleaned I think thats just me being to kind. I was specific as I said earlier, I requested (Base boards, fans, all bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, blinds, vents mainly). I took pictures of the work done or should I say not done at the home for my records and immediately called Brad to report my findings. After notifying Brad everything, he suggest sending his crew back out at a later time to complete the job. This time he provided the estimate given the information I gave him and says I estimate this taking less than one hour. Or his other suggestion was to keep it simple and just give me an hours work in pay back to my credit card. If 2 hours and 50 minutes got me 50% job completion how am I suppose to trust his next estimate of less than one hour for that much more work needed. Brad to this date has still not offered his time to go look at the incomplete work first hand. He obviously has a unhappy customer but his lack of interest is insulting. I never received a call the day of the work to be notified that they needed much more time. The crew just takes off and leaves me with a half cleaned house to do myself. So then I simply ask Brad to be fair about the situation and reimburse me 50% of my money since 50% of the job was done. He agrees to giving me back $70 so I will shut up and move on and refuses to give back the extra $30 I requested. The worst part of it all most of my communication with Brad had to be done through emails and text messaging. I couldn't get him to speak to me live to better understand the situation at hand.

+ -1 moreThey come out every 2 weeks and clean up around the house. They dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, just the routine cleanings. I would recommend them. They are always on time, efficient and they are very friendly. I work from home so knowing when they are coming is good so I can plan for it. We shopped around quite a bit before we hired them.
