 + -1 moreRandy Romero was extremely responsive to my inquiry and kept me apprised on when he'd arrive at my home. He performed the job quickly and for a fair price. Unfortunately after he left I tried using the grill but it would not go above 350 degrees. I texted him on Sunday and he called me immediately Monday morning and by Tuesday he was back out, made some corrections and the grill is working fine. His customer service is outstanding which in the service business is everything.

Description of Work: On May 11, 2017 I wrote a review giving Sparkle Grill Cleaning a "D" rating. The rating was based on my inability to arrange an appointment - work was not preformed. After reading the owner's reply to my review where he took complete responsibility without making excuses (see below) I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism he exhibited and would not hesitate to use Sparkle in the future based on his honest response...its refreshing. Service Provider Response: Mr. [Member Name Removed] is exactly correct. We dropped the ball and failed to follow up with him. In our effort to meet the tremendous demand for service and grill cleaning, his request fell threw the cracks. We have no excuse. We are sincerely sorry. Our grade was appropriate.  + -1 moreRandy made a effort to minimize costs by not replacing parts that were worn but still functional. He got my grill working again and looking good. I will get several more years out of it before I am forced to replace it. Highly recommended

Description of Work: Company sent two pleasant men, father and son, who took the grill apart and determined what parts needed to be replaced and checked out the ignition switch. They said they would give the information to the office, who would contact us with the cost and the service call would be deducted from the total. We never heard from the company again . I tried several times to contact them, leaving a call back number and never had a call returned. My reaction was that, even if they contacted me, I had no intention of using them if they were this lax with customer service/follow-up. It also didn't help my confidence in Angie's List

Description of Work: Sparkle Grill took apart my Weber Summit grill and cleaned every part so that it was almost like new. I actually replaced the knobs afterwards so that it would look brand new. I think the cost of the service is a bit high for me to recommend a regular cleaning but the service was great.

Description of Work: The owner was present every step of the way. Communication was excellent and work performed to agreement. The grill we have is a large, expensive unit, so cost was really determined by the parts needed. Overall, I will use them again when needed.

 + -1 moreI found them on Angie's List as well. I can't say more about this service, and the person who came out. His name is Randy Romero. He comes out with an assistant and they aren't cheap, but you know this upfront. When you call, he pretty much tells you that if you have to change parts. I cant say enough about them. There were no surprises, he did everything for the price he said. It wasn't cheap. He replaced an ignition. We use our grill, and we asked him how often we have to service it, and he said it should be done every 3 years.
Description of Work: I used Sparkle Grill Cleaning, LLC. I have an outdoor grill that was really in need of some TLC, and when I went to the place where I bought the grill, they suggested I call them.

 + -1 moreI attempted to use another company (Complete Grill Services) who took 4 months to finally tell me that they couldn't get the parts to repair my Jenn-Air gas grill (but charged me for the initial service charge...with no refund). I contacted Sparkle Grill Cleaner and Randy was immediately on the job. He was able to order the parts and kept me informed about the progress of the order. Once the parts arrived, he was immediately back on the job to get my grill up and operational. Randy's professionalism was outstanding and his customer service was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend using Sparkle Grill Cleaner for both repair and cleaning of your gas grill. Thanks, Jeff
