Description of Work: SEL rearranged builder provided landscaping and added crepe myrtles, forsythia, roses, flowers and numerous shrubs as well as a new tree to provide color, interest and screening. They worked extremely well with the drainage issues on our lot and made a very nice lawn area. They had a lot of great ideas for our challenging lot.

Description of Work: My yard and existing flower beds were looking rough. They had weeds, needed mulch and some fresh planting. There were two beds that were either just dirt or 3 year old pinestraw. I contracted Southeast Landscaping to weed, plant and mulch my flower beds, create two new beds, along with treating my lawn for weeds, and installing pavers to go under the grill. My budget was $2,500 and I was very pleased when I saw the estimate for under $2,000.

Description of Work: 1) Trimmed 2 pear trees, a redbud tree, and a crepe myrtle tree 2) Regraded a large eroded mulch bed and reset stone borders 3) Installed a 12" drain box and pipes to connect to another existing drain box (to prevent the erosion in #2 from reoccurring) 4) Removed a mulch bed from where a tree had died and installed bermuda sod 5) Transplanted some shrubs from the front of the house to the rear 6) Planted 8 new gumpo azalea bushes and an oak leaf holly tree 7) Created a new mulch bed with a stone border for under the deck where grass had died 8) Added new mulch to most of yard (was only contracted to mulch the areas they worked on, but they used leftover mulch to freshen other beds).
