They did a great job and they were very quick. They also cleaned up all the debris. However, they broke a glass pane in an outside gas lamp and did not put the pole to my chain link fence back through all of the rings. I was unable to get them to return my call about the issues, so my fence still isn't in order and I paid to have the pane of glass cut. I would still call them again for work, if they answer! But I would do a more thorough walk through.

Scarlet Oak was working in my neighborhood and left a flyer on my mailbox. I called them to give me an estimate on cutting down some trees and limbs in my yard. Thomas was prompt in coming over and delivered a fair estimate. I scheduled them to come 2 days later and perform the work. They were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks great and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Our neighborhood was hit with a downburst on 7/21. Our large river birch was split down the middle and 2/3 of it was torn away. We were going to take it down ourselves but it proved to be too big a job. We got three estimates for removal and Scarlet Oaks' quote was almost 1/2 of the other two. They were in the neighborhood working on clean up at other homes. They came when they said they would, removed the tree and cleaned it all up.

They were great. A really low estimate that they stuck too and even included a couple of extra trees. They showed up early and didn't leave until the job was done. Not only did they take out the trees, they suggested using the mulch to take care of an ivy problem and even spread it. Very nice guys, a great experience. Would certainly use them again and have already recommended to others.

The service came on time and took about 3 hours to do all of the work. They were extremely professional and helpful during this whole process since our trees mean a lot to us in our yard. They also chopped and cleaned up all of the tree and trimmings so well you would have never known they were here. Our neighbor had a dead tree in their yard and they also did them a big favor by taking that tree down also for an very good price. All of the crew and the supervisor were all very professional and knowledgeable with the trimming and cutting. The tree was in a difficult area to cut down which was surrounded by a fence we have for our dogs. This fence also has some beautiful hanging flowering bushes that grow on the fence. They were able to cut down that HUGE tree without touching or hurting any of the surrounding area. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone in the Atlanta and surrounding cities in Atlanta. There was another service doing the same thing with 2 of the houses on the other side of us and across the street and all their trimmings and tree branches are sitting at the top of their yard waiting to be picked up, ruining their view and their grass.
