Description of Work: I wanted an estimate for renovation work on the deck of a newly purchased home in Cumming, the contractor's home area. No reply was received to the first call so I phoned again. Again, no reply whatsoever. So if you're thinking of hiring this company, don't hold your breath!

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the overall quality of the deck and screened in porch that Rock Solid (Paul) built for me. Everyone that sees it is amazed at how good it looks. It was a big project and expensive project but Paul's prices was extremely competitive and I am glad I chose to go with Rock Solid. I am working on one issue with the under decking that was installed but, despite an early miscommunication, Paul has gone out of his way to stand behind his work and make it right. I highly recommend Paul and Rock Solid. .

 + 2 morePaul is very responsive, professional and patient. He completed the estimate but as with any home repair job, you just don't know what else you will find once you lift that first board. Another estimate was required and the repairs were made.
Description of Work: Repair/replace siding along dormer windows and roof lines.

 + 0 moreThe owner Paul conducted the estimate, and he was very responsive, courteous, thorough, and reasonable. His estimate was in line with the other bidders, but I felt much more comfortable going with Paul / RockSolid. Paul took care of all the permit work and was very interactive, flexible, and professional throughout the job. His work is top notch and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
Description of Work: I found RockSolid home services on Angies List. I had them estimate a Deck expansion and overhaul job. They won the bid. They added a 12 x 14 expansion to my existing deck, replaced the flooring on the old deck, replaced the railings on the old deck including black aluminum spindles, built new stairs including a landing, cement pad at bottom of stairs, and replace and enlarge the stairs on the old deck.
