I was very pleased with the service and quick response. The work was very professional. Paul was called to come out and unlock and re-key a lock, but was able to accommodate a change of plans at the last minute to replace the lock instead. I would definitely call on Ready Lock again!

The hardware came in a few days (no charge) and Paul came right out to install it. Though he came out twice, he did not even charge for the first trip, relying on me entirely to have him come back out to do the final installation before he was paid. The lock company even tried to explain that they could walk me through the installation and that I did not need a locksmith. I totally disagree ... and I have considerable construction experience.
