This company is very professional and easy to work with. They recommended a landscape designer and stuck to the design with only a few adjustments made by mutual agreement. They will be coming back in the fall to do my (even smaller) back yard and both sides of the house.

Property Creations did a wonderful job. They were very professional to deal with. The estimate was reasonable and they did such a great cleanup job after the work, you could hardly tell they had been there. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Bob's design was thoughtful and intelligent. We're not very knowledgeable about landscaping and couldn't think of what to do to make our backyard presentable and fun for the dogs. It had gotten so bad, we avoided being back there. Bob came up with a plan that really turned the yard around. It was functional and pleasing to the eye. (Other landscapers had proposed ugly walls.) We spend as much time out there as possible now, mosquito's permitting. In addition to the wonderful design, Bob's crew was courteous, professional and efficient. They performed all the tasks listed above in about 5 working days, much to our surprise. Bob told us how to take care of the new plants and they are thriving two months later. He also warrantied his work and came back a few weeks later to replace a holly that didn't make it. I was worried our little tree would be damaged by the move, but it appears to be doing fine. All in all, Property Creations did an excellent job from design to implementation.

Excellent service and follow up. If lighting a problem during season (due to storms etc) Property Creations are quick to respond and always take care of the problem.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED BECAUSE OF ADDITIONAL EXCAVATION OF STONE. BOB MADE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE SURE THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY ISSUES WITH DRAINAGE. THEY STARTED WORK EARLY IN THE MORNING & WORKED UNTIL DARK, INCLUDING SATURDAY, TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Bob was great! He came out the day after I called and gave me a very reasonable solution and price. I compared his quote to FOUR others, and it was the best. He sent his crew out the next day and they did all the work in ONE day. His crew was amazing-- hardworking, fast and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.
