PRO-ACTIVE EXTERIORS

From my first contact with Pro-Active Exteriors everything was perfect. Marc explained the roofing replacement options. Provided references, proof of insurance, etc. The crew that installed my new roof showed up on time and did an excellent job and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished.

Everything sounded great during the proposal stage. I was assured that all of our landscaping would be protected and any planters or artwork would be moved from harmes way. instead, we were pelted with roofing materials when trying to move a planter off the front porch. Materials were not even suppose to be dumped on that porch during the removal process. We're still picking up nails from the flowerbeds and yard. Unfortunately this company is like many others where the sales people will promise the moon while the installers will shoot it from the sky. Sales did not care about broken promises or make sure additional work contracted was completed. I had noticed quite a few roofing jobs taking place in my neighborhood after a recent storm. I was referred to Bill Almy and Pro-Active Exteriors. Bill came out, did a survey himself. He then came back out to go over the damage he had noted with the insurance adjuster. He helped get the claim threw the insurance process. Bill showed us what our options were for replacement, and was very up front about the cost. When the actual work was done, he stayed onsite the whole day while the work crew was at our home to answer any questions and help direct the work. Pro-Active Exteriors helped us work through the entire process with the Insurance company and did a outstanding job on our roof. We were very pleased with them

Pro-Active Exteriors came after we had hail damage. The owner Bill Almy was the person who was in charge. He drove us around and showed us different roof colors and helped us choose the one that was best for our house. There had been water damage and they painted the rooms at no extra charge. In many ways they did more work then they needed to do. I had some knobs on some furniture that nobody could fix, and the owner fixed it for me at no extra charge. I don?t think any other company would have done that. I think they were a fantastic company. I would highly recommend Pro-Active Exteriors to anyone. Mike that works for Bill also did an excellent job.

The work was very satisfactory. They cleaned up after themselves. They did get the whole job done in one day. Their response time was good in getting to us to do the job.
