Itâ s my pleasure to leave this review for Adam. I clicked â sendâ on my service request and within seconds, he called me. Excellent communication. He was easy to schedule with and prompt.. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed an array of complicated repair issues in an old hot tub- quickly, efficiently, and economically. Then, without being asked, he stayed to test the water in the spa and guide me on the correct chemicals to use of the chemicals I had on hand. He didnâ t have to do that, he simply wanted to be sure our hot tub was working correctly and had clean water for my family. This is so unusual in the service industry. Adam clearly has a passion for his work and sincere desire to see people enjoy their spas. When he told me how much I owed, I was taken aback by how little he charged and added extra because I felt he did not charge enough for all the work and knowledge he shared! You canâ t go wrong with Adam. Heâ s earned a customer for life in me.

Adam was very responsive and arrived exactly on time. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the requirements to effect the repair. He was able to get my pool heater up and running in 30 minutes. I plan to have Adam come service my pool heater on a regular basis.

Their rep showed up on time, communicated with me as to when he would arrive and was fast and accurate with his assessment of the repair. Got my hot tub seals/gaskets replaced and the leak fixed in short order.

Please save your money, time and stress and give someone else the business! It has been extremely difficult working with Adam and he will take your money, not fix the issue and then never return your calls/texts. We spent almost $1,500 with him and still sitting here with a leaking hot tub. He never fixed the issue, not even sure he knows what he is really doing. Hence why he is not returning our messages for almost 2 weeks now. Kept the $1,500, did not fix the issue, and now ignoring us. Horrible business. Unprofessional, not friendly. Does not communicate and will completely stiff you without a blink of an eye. Wish someone warned ME beforehand. Hopefully I can save the rest of you a ton of money. Do not get robbed. Go elsewhere.
