SEE MY GOOGLE REVIEW BELOW PLUS THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE. DO NOT USE THEM. My 2pm Update came AFTER a rude call from Michael Santana: Poor communication when it comes to the cost of service. They would NOT provide a quote until all of our “junk” was on their truck. Not a great business model as I was quoted $150 over the phone vs. the $350 that I was charged. I would NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Typical Bait and Switch. UPDATE AS OF 2pm EST: thank you for the phone call and showing your lack of professionalism to the entire Google world with your written response. Yes, I own 3 business, but that has NOTHING to do with my experience as a customer with your company. Let’s recap the most recent event: you gave me a call, presumably with the intention to get me to change my review. After I explained my dissatisfaction, offered a suggestion to a new business model, and told you that I WOULD NOT change my review… you response to me was “oh so I see you’re THAT kind of guy?!” So what exactly does that mean sir? And is this how you treat ALL of your customers or just select ones who do not agree to give you 5 stars when it is NOT warranted? I hope ANYONE who sees this review will go with an alternate company because you, sir, do NOT take constructive criticism well. Oh, and I’ve recorded our conversation so if anyone would like to reach out to me for validation of his rude behavior please feel free to contact me. Upon arrival technicians gives Free on site No-obligation price. Once the price is agreed the technicians will begin to load your items. Payment is due before technicians leave. Job is complete. Sorry you didn’t understand that process, you would think being an owner of 3 businesses you would understand with ease…. Guess not! Thank you for your difficultly. Have a great day
