Peter and his team are incredible! We interviewed multiple contractors and finding a decent one was sooo difficult! Peter was incredibly informative throughout the whole process, and incredibly professional. Overall he is a great guy you can trust to get you the best results and for a great price! I will be using his services again in the future. If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Very happy with our outcome and how quickly his team was able to get in there and renovate our shower!

Exceptional service from start-to-finish! This is truly a great local remodeling company! North Georgia Renovations and Repairs was initially referred to me by my HOA property management company- Homeowner Management Services (HMS). After spending thousands of dollars on complex repairs with HOA and as a homeowner, I can highly recommend this company. Everyone in my community is very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Peter, the owner of the company, and his team have shown time and again. North Georgia Renovations and Repairs are extremely thorough and go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time. I have had several home improvement projects performed to my home and all the work went smoothly. As a homeowner, I have had the following home Improvement projects performed: Three new bathroom vanities and faucets installed that also required extra plumbing and drywall work to be done; A new kitchen faucet installed; two frameless shower doors installed: Replaced weatherstripping on the front and back doors; Installed two interior doorframes; And, replaced multiple sections of drywall in my garage. In addition, as a board member for my HOA in Johns Creek, my community hired North Georgia Renovations and Repairs to: Replace and install several new speed bumps; recommend and install 30+ joist hangers to secure wooden balconies; install new speed limit signs throughout our private community; and, repair brick and mortar work as well. All of the above projects were completed on time and within budget! It is very challenging and frustrating to locate a trusted company that can handle multiple types of projects and will actually show up on time and completes the work in a timely manner. As a repeat customer, I am pleased to share this review and hope it will help other HOAs and individual homeowners who are struggling to find an affordable and reliable contractor that can handle both exterior and interior repairs. I plan to only hire North Georgia Renovations to handle any future repairs and home improvement projects!

He arrived early installed the conduit pipe with on/off switch outside. Ceiling fan installed on front porch area, just in time for the summer.

I contracted with Peter Jordanopoulos at North Georgia Renovations & Repairs in late 2022 to construct a new room addition to my house and renovate the lower deck including removing and relocating the stairway to the deck. The work was performed in an exemplary manner within the planned time frame and established budget. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of this project and have certainly enjoyed the new room and improved deck. There was a leak recently in the new room after a monsoon rain which was the result of work done by the siding crew (not related to the work Peter performed) and Peter was gracious enough to make the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion and at no cost to me.
