I should have turned around and walked away when we met....The owner of this firm, Kirk Einsila, was sitting in the middle of the street, in front of my home, on a riding lawn mower, out of gas..... I gave him some gas to get him going.... but he couldn't start the machine, explaining it was a new piece of equipment. A gentleman who was in the neighborhood at the time, came over, pushed a button and started the machine. At that time, Mr. Einsila promised to reimburse me for the gas I gave him..... But as of today.... He hasn't done so...... This was the beginning of a pattern that Mr Einsila would repeat several times in the 2 months he worked at my home..... He doesn't keep his word..... He promised results that he never delivered, charged outrageous prices ($525) per month, and then wanted to blame his failures on me for not having a company that he recommended....fertilize the turf......However, when he made his promises of what he could do......he never once predicated his success on me hiring his buddy to treat my yard....and he knew who the current fertilizing company (Arbor-Nomics an Angies list member- please check their service rating) was. He claims that I didn't follow his procedures, yet has never produced a single document to tell me what those procedures are. I honestly believe this guy thinks so much of himself that he believes everyone that has a conversation with him.... Remembers the conversation word for word and anxiously awaits his next message.... I had to contact him to get him to send me invoices so that I could pay his firm.......he told me that it must have been the bookkeepers error...... It's a 2 person operation...... Beginning to see a trend here??? Problems are never his fault......but he gladly accepts all compliments..... I contacted him before the 4th of July and explained that I wasn't happy with his services and he promised that he would make the changes that I documented for him....He apologized and said that he had been busy working on other jobs and would take care of the problems..... However, when his crew arrived after the holiday, they knew nothing about the changes and continued to service the yard in the same way they had before........ I contacted him again on July 10th to try and find a solution.......as his crew was scheduled to service the yard again on the 11th........I thought it was strange that his crew was working on my neighbors yard but not mine.......then I receive a note from Mr. Einsila saying "maybe we should consider" parting ways......If your crew has been instructed not to service the account...... Sounds like there isn't much to consider......Shortly after this.....I received a note from him saying he didn't want any "bad blood" between us..... and wanted to be friends.....This was strictly a business relationship......and truthfully..... I can't imagine a single thing we would have in common that could start a friendship.....I guess that is his way of saying sorry I didn't do what I told you I would......but let's forget about it and wave at each other as he rides thru the subdivision in his dump truck There are professional ways to start and end a business relationship...... Happens everyday all over America.......the owner of this company has no idea how to conduct business on a professional level, doesn't have the skill set to solve problems, and is in a position that he has no idea how to function...... Because of the liability that he exposed me to..... I now have to determine if the people that came onto my pretty and performed a service, are actually legal immigrants and are properly classified by the Dept of Labor and the INS...... BEWARE..... I

Nature's Management Group is good about letting me know what needs to be done in the yard that I might not have noticed. They come reliably once a week. The do a good job and I like the way the lawn looks when they are done. I pay them monthly.
Description of Work: They mowed my 10,000 square foot yard. It takes them about an hour. They also do trimming and edging.
