The project was completed on time, within estimate and in a very satisfactory manner.

Before starting the job, Mike came in and sat down with me. He brought a booklet showing all the different types of chemicals used and answered any questions I had. We walked the house and went room to room as I pointed out certain areas needing extra attention. Once started, Mike began pretreating high traffic areas and stains. Set up wall guards so not to damage corners of our walls with hoses as he worked. After finishing each room he set up a fan to start drying one room as he went to the next. Our carpets were nearly dry by the time he was ready to packup and leave. We were able to put our furniture back in about 4 hours or so. Our carpets look fantastic! We were very pleased with the service Kings Carpet Cleaning performed and highly recommend this company. We plan to use Kings in the future.

Called for service on Thursday and needed service on Monday and was concerned they could not respond that soon. They were able to schedule for Monday and arrived on time. Service was performed in a timely manner. Mr King was very polite and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding! Mr. King, owner/operator does the work himself. He was fast, knowledgeable from years of experience, motivated because he owns the business, easy to communicate with, and works hard. He arrived on time, finished early, no hidden or extra charges, and did an excellent job. He's more than somebody I'd just reccommend or call again - he's a keeper! To find him, I searched Angie's List, made a number of phone calls, and it paid off!

Mike King was able to come out within 2 days after I called him. He was prompt, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning my carpet, which hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year. He used a truck-mounted system and products that restored my 14-year-old carpet to its original color and got rid of all the old pet stains and odors. He cleaned my carpet in the early afternoon, and it was dry before evening. Mike did an amazing job, and I will definitely use him again.

Mike was the guy who came out and performed the services for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A very easy guy to talk with and very very reasonable in price. I would definitely use this company in the future.

It looks and smells like new. He frequently uses different machines that work very well and are better in quality. He has also added a deodorent that is not overpowering, but makes the house smell very clean. The prices are very reasonable as well. I did not think this carpet could be saved but he has put at least a year more into the life of it. He removes the red mud from the carpet and it looks great. I just can't say enough good things about him!

I was ready to throw out my carpet and he made it look brand new. The spots never came back. The price was so reasonable that I had to give him a tip which tried to turn it down. my conscious wouldn't let me pay so little. He has a machine that takes up the entire back up pick up. It has the equivalent of a Honda motor in it. I used to manage apartments and have cleaned a few carpets. I have never seen anything like it.

Kings Carpet and Upholstery Steam Cleaning Service has always done a nice job on our carpets. I've used them before and have always been pleased. The servicemen have always been very professional, polite, and very careful of my belongings. I would recommend them highly.

They did a great job. They were in and out in about an hour and a half and were able to get all of the spots out. They even found spots and got them out that I didn't know about. I was very pleased with the service and I will be using them again for years to come.
