They are doing an excellent job. They are a small company and they have a limited area but they have done very well. They are responsive and they do get back to us. We did have a small issue with them but they fixed it and then offered us a credit. They charge $50 a week. Actually, we have been having them come out for a couple of months.

Went well. Raymond is a good guy - trying to help rather than sell. He recommended that I monitor the situation and call if the problem became worse.

I called and left a message. They returned my call promptly and were very professional. They answered all my questions. I ended up not needing a service call this time. They came across as honest and professional. They'll be the first one I contact should I need their services.

Raymond arrived, met the dogs and us, and immediately went down to the pool equipment area. He tested the water, repaired the chlorinator, loved on the dogs, and added a circuit breaker for the Jandy system. He examined the programs, wrote what each program and auxillary button did on the handy Jandy cheat sheet, and taught me how it worked. He then took me to the outside equipment area and showed me how to clean the baskets and replace the fuse for the chlorinator if it needed it again. He also identified some areas that needed fixing, and gave options in various price ranges for me to consider for the repair, of course giving his top recommendation. He called back to the pool store and they had the few (and yes affordable!) items we needed waiting at the counter so we only had to pick them up when we arrived.
