Clint Prosser owns Brick to Branch and My Tree Guy Experts. My Tree Guy has numerous complaints with the BBB and an F rating. Our complaint is through Brick to Branch. We had problems from the beginning of our three part project - clearing & grading, sodding and fencing. His crew didn’t grade or clear the whole lot, even after doing it twice. I graded what they didn’t, but now dealing with stumps growing back into trees. Clint was supposed to lay Zoysia but made the decision, without consulting me, to lay Bermuda. He did switch it to Zoysia (based on the contract and what we discussed) which is about 1/4 crabgrass and weeds. Next step was the fence. I sent him a picture of what I wanted but he bought another type, without consulting me at all. Never mentioned it that he couldn’t find what I wanted, just had his crew deliver it. There are problems with the fence that need to be fixed before we can stain it. For three months, Clint has ignored my 4 phone calls and 11 texts. Clint says the things people want to hear, but has serious ethical issues, does not follow up with the work his crew does, has no sense of urgency to get things done unless payment is due, does not honor his warranty and is a poor business man. I have a long list of promises made by Clint which he did not do, or did poorly. Some are in writing, some are not. We are in the process of repairing the fence and the cost of that will determine if we go to small claims court. Getting a warranty is worthless when using Clint Prosser and Brick to Branch.

They did a poor job of trimming - not cut flush, left about 5 inch stubs and not cut clean. Left dead branches in the tree cut and others they did not bother to cut. Did not do all the sections as quoted. Has not returned phone calls. I have never complained publicly about a business before but feel strongly that all should know NOT to use their services. You will be disappointed.

I plan to contact the FTC on this firm's business practices which I told the owner. I find this firm's customer contact practices very annoying. If the calls do not stop I will speak to local authorities as well as his insurance company.

We received a phone advertisement about tree removal on 04/29/14. My father called them back the same day and made an agreement for the work. They came on 04/30/14 and took down 3 trees with agreement to return 05/01/14 to grind the stumps. Their equipment was faulty and stained our circle and driveway with oil while they were there. Mr. Prosser cashed the check my father wrote on the same day it was written. However, they never returned to grind the stumps (per agreement, this was a $275.00 charge). My mother called that after noon and Clint said the stump grinder broke that Saturday and it would cost $1800.00 to repair and he would call as soon as it was repaired. My mother called to follow up on May 7th and 12 without response. On May 16th Mr. Prosser promised to return on 05/19/14 but did not show. My mother called again and left a message as to why they did not show up and asked for the $275.00 back if they were not going to do the work. She did not get a response. On 05/22/14 she called again and left a message asking how this could be resolved. My parents still haven't heard from the company.

They took some branches down, took my money and said they couldn't do anymore. That was not the contract I signed. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company.
