This company is local and it is easy to get an appointment for service when it is an emergency. Had our dryer for almost 10 years side by side with our washer suddenly it just stopped mid-cycle. Called Modern Tech and Anthony came by to repair it when it was my day off. Took him just 15 mins to diagnose and fix the problem which is a loose door that caused the sensor to automatically shut off mid-cycle. Nothing major. Our dryer now purrs like new side-by-side with our washer:) Best Buy didn't even cross my mind. You see we have the mind set of recycle,conserve and hug a tree:)

They are a local company. Very nice, he has always been upfront. He came in and diagnosed the problem and didn't try to sell us something. He was very reasonable in cost and even did little things that were not in the schedule.

Technician asrrived on time. He expertly diagnosed the problem and replaced the blown controller card.

It went excellent. Modern Tech Service was readily available. They scheduled to arrive within a 2 hour window. Anthony, the technician, was experienced and knew exactly what he had to do. He was courteous, professional and expedient. He will not waste your time. Both times he called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. After installing the repaired controller and testing it, he gave great pointers on how to care for my oven and even helped me clean the grease between the glass and oven door without me having to ask. I highly recommend this company. My oven is like new!
