My husband and I just bought our first home November 30th. My agent had recommended Javier to us as he's someone that she has gone to for much of her own home repairs and upgrades. We reached out to him and made an appointment and he was there two days after we moved in to do a lot of initial "fix-its." He came with several other men to do the job, including electrical, plumbing, the installation of a dryer vent, among other things. He and his team were quick, thorough, answered all of my questions in a way that I understood everything and all repairs were reasonably priced. In the time since our purchase of the home, we've had quite a few problems and I can trust that if I call Javier, that he'll be quick to run out to assist, offer advice, and even recommend others if necessary. He's been top notch and I would and will absolutely reach out to him in the future. I recommend him to everyone, because he's done such a great job!
