Merlo Like the Fine Wine

.She came in on the day she said and i was not at home. She said she was there for 5 hours and texted me that she was done. I thought maybe she had help and that is why she was done so early. That was not the case. The house was not cleaned at all. She wiped up big stuff but did nothing else. The kids room was straightened up and my spare bedroom was organized and cleaned. The kitchen was reorganized but not clean. The baseboards were still dirty and the edges of the floor were dirty, and the stove had not been cleaned at all. None of the windows had been wiped down. She didn't even vacuum my living room at all. My bathrooms did not have floors cleaned, faucets wiped off or toilets cleaned. No baseboards in the house have been wiped down. My bedroom had dust still on my furniture and fan. She didnt bother vacuuming the edges anywhere. When I told her that she did not do what she said, she said my house was too cluttered to clean. She said she would come back the next Monday and fix her mistakes. I told her she needed to come back this week. She said she would and then called me on Wednesday and said that her grandkids were sick. I knew she wasn't coming. She showed up this Monday and I was sick, so I told her to deep clean kitchen, living room and bathrooms while i slept.. She left in 2 hours and the house was still dirty. She moved the furniture off its normal spots but she did not vacuum. No baseboards cleaned, bathroom floor still dirty, etc... I got ripped off and told it was my fault because my house is cluttered. She worked 7 hours for 350 dollars. I'm a nurse and save lives and dont make that much money  I will cut my losses, I am not going to argue with this lady anymore

Well like i said I've had her for two years , never had a problem, she"s always on time ,and does a great job .

She's been working for my husband and myself for about 3 years now. She has been consistent and does a great job and cleans both houses weekly. I now don't have to worry about anything, I can simply come home to a clean, nice smelling house. She is very thorough.
