LeJeune Shower and Glass

This company was unprofessional. They immediately sent me a link to pay a $50 deposit. I paid the deposit within minutes. it was difficult to schedule an appointment. I called ever other day for two weeks. After two weeks I requested a refund. No response. Going into the third week they called to schedule. At that point I had hired someone else. My deposit has not been refunded. They took my deposit and did not perform the service.

Ordered shower doors and paid 50% on 02/25/21. They were installed 03/25/21 but the glass was extremely thin (3/16") and warped. The doors don't close tightly and leaked on my floor. The installer said he would tell the owner (Justin?) but we waited and didn't hear anything. When we called, no one returned our call. Notified Home Advisor of problem and immediately heard from Justin. He came out and checked out the doors and said he would order a new, thicker door with a different obscure glass and install them. It is now 07/12/21 and we are STILL waiting. I am totally dissatisfied with their customer service and the quality of their product.

Friendly and transparent. Price definition is clear and reasonable. Always performs jobs on-time and best of the quality.

Jerry that came out for the measurement was AWESOME! Extremely thorough snd detailed! #MeasureTHRICEcutonce! Check back when the install is complete for finishing comments. But so far do good!

The time frame and work was Satisfactory

Oz was my workers name he made me fill very relaxed and he ended up having too Come back the next day to do the job because the workmen that installed the Tile had open the box the screen was in and mistakenly took the screws we needed to assemble the screen the owner was very understandable . Still in the manufacturing stage, the installation has not started yet. So far, no problems.

Did an excellent job installing seamless glass shower door on tub. In and out under an hour. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service. Promt response to texts. I had to reschedule my estimate due to my renovation not being ready. They were understanding and came right out when it was ready. Our shower was messed up, they helped me get the help we needed to correct the issues we had. I got a great price on Frameless shower doors too! Now, no leaked and the shower looks amazing!
