Absolute worst company. Everything needed some sort of fix..... No work-ethic

Lawn Warriors installed an irrigation system around our entire yard. The installation required that 8" - 12" trenches be dug so that the pipes could be laid. The last step was to lay sod and/or grass seed and straw over the filled in trenches. The installers did so in all areas except for the side yard where there remains simply a trail of dirt where grass was previously. We also had Lawn Warriors re-seed and lay straw in the majority of our backyard, but the seeding was thin and insufficient for what was required and requested. To ensure these issues were addressed by Lawn Warriors, I emailed Greg (the owner of Lawn Warriors) numerous times, then emailed his "customer service department", and left voicemails at their posted phone number. I received a single response to one of the emails stating that they would be back to reseed and to lay sod and/or seed/straw where needed. It took 2 weeks to get that email response and still no responses to the voicemails. Three weeks have since passed without any resolution. Lawn Warriors remains 100% non-responsive to all requests. October 26 UPDATE: Last week, Lawn Warriors showed up and laid sod and re-seeded. No phone call; they just showed up.

The sidewalk that he installed is not your average sidewalk. It is extremely well designed for the use of a handicapped person riding a scooter as well as being a beautifully designed sidewalk that is both unique and beautiful for the use of a non-handicapped person. It is like a work of art. Greg, the owner of the company was very receptive to working with me. Greg did most of the design work, I would say he did the majority of the design and he did the rest. Cevando, his assistant, helped as well. He listened to what I had to say and implemented what I wanted. They were good about coming back to adjust and show us how to operate the sprinkler system they installed at my house.

They came out and gave the estimate. They seemed like a good company to go with but their monthly rate was way too high so I decided not to go with them. I set up an appointment, they came out and looked at our yard then gave us an estimate. They were just much more than I wanted to pay.

Installation was started and completed in one day. Greg also quoted cost of adding irrigation and a small flagstone patio. He was happy to discuss costs and was willing to do a small project rather than selling a complete project. I will have him back when I have additional funds to impliment some of his other suggestions.
