They're really bad. They came to my house. I paid him $500 for landscape design. His system probably did it in about an hour. I tried to call and he already deposited my cash. He's a liar. We started making an appointment in May, he couldn't come in May. Later, he came in June. He said I'm going to finish that at the end of June and he didn't. Two weeks later, I called him. He said, I'll give you a draft. I got a draft and didn't realize he actually deposited my cash until about a week ago. He deposited my cash and did only 30% of work. I tried to contact him and I couldn't reach him. He's a rip off. His name is Andrew. He's a very good sales person. For the work they gave to me, it's about an hour of work. At the day when he met me, he drafted something on the paper and that's all he did. He drafted it in about 10 minutes. He put it in a piece of paper. He called that a plan. I don't want to spend the time to argue. I was very unhappy the way he did business with me.
Description of Work: He promised to give me a backyard landscape design.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. We met with Andrew and he provided wonderful plans for how he was going to transform not only the front steps but the entire front landscaping of our home. His prices were comparable with other contractors and he had references and high ratings. Unfortunately he could not live up to his promises, To begin with he did not show up for two weeks after we paid our initial deposit which he claimed he needed in order to buy materials. After the work was begun he would leave for several days at a time leaving our front entry looking like a construction zone. It looked so bad we received two letters from our home owners association regarding complaints they received from my neighbors. Andrew finished the contract nearly two months after the original date the contract was promised. He asked for final payment at 10:00 pm and we did a walk around and all appear to be in order we soon found out this was not the case. In less than two months the masonry work he did on the front steps started to fall apart, one of the stone steps he installed actually cracked and fell off. The stones that were placed around the steps all began falling out. In addition the when the deck repair was done he did not properly prepare the wood so when he applied the stain it permanently sealed mildew and he selected a stain without checking with us which permanently stained a portion of the deck a color we did not want. After seeing all these problems we contacted Andrew and requested he come and correct the problems, Unfortunately Andrew was extremely unresponsive, and when we did get a hold of him he would promise to come and make the repairs necessary to correct the problems. After nearly two weeks of chasing him he did finally show up and stated he could not correct the damage he had done to the rear deck. In regards to the front steps he acknowledged that the work was inferior and needed to be corrected and assured us that the steps would be fixed to our satisfaction. Four months later we are still waiting for him to make the repairs, threats of law suits have not affected him as he stated he has gone to small claims court many times and he knows how to work the system. We finally gave up and hired a mason to correct the problem, and now we are faced with the uphill battle of being reimbursed by taking Andrew to small claims courts. I restate my original comment. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR.
Description of Work: We hired Andrew to install stone steps at our front door. He expanded the work to include landscaping the front of the home, and deck repair.
