When I listed my previous home, we had an offer within 24 hours and a full price offer within 72 hours. I was totally pleased with our realtor, De Yonne Alexander. She was professional a pleasure to work with, always did what she promised, and went the extra mile. De Yonne provided excellent comps, helped in determining the sales price, made helpful suggestions for what still needed to be done to the property, staged the property, and was helpful every step of the way. After several weeks, we received an acceptable offer contingent on the sale of the buyer's home. De Yonne helped in the negotiations and soon we had a contract. The following weekend, we received a non-contingent offer that was better than the first. Again, De Yonne was very successful in negotiating the best deal for the sale. After the specified notice period, the first contract was terminated and we moved forward with the non-contingent offer. De Yonne was crucial to all communications as the buyer's agent was out of the loop due to personal reasons. The sale closed. We were very happy with our experience with De Yonne Alexander. I highly recommend De Yonne and would readily work with her again.
