+ -1 moreIn view of all the rave reviews, we were surprised and disappointed by our experience with Josh’s service. We called for an estimate. Josh decided to give an estimate over the phone rather than come to our house. When he arrive for the job he said the house was larger than he thought but stood by his estimate. The house was satisfactorily pressure washed and roof/gutters cleaned although large branches remained on roof. The devastating point is that all our shrubs and plantings surrounding the house are either dead or damaged. They will look terrible this whole summer season. Was there a rinse cycle that was missed or should the areas on porches or surrounding have been covered? We have only ever pressure washed our own home and went for what we thought was a professional job this time. It wasn’t.
Description of Work: We needed gutters cleaned and house pressure washed. Josh declined coming to give us an estimate and chose to do so over the phone saying he would stand by his estimate given our description. When he came for the job, he complained that the house was larger than he thought but he did stand by his estimate. After the job, Josh left two pieces of equipment behind. We called immediately and let him know. He said he’d come pick them up. We put them outside the garage. He has not yet come for the equipment even though he has asked us to leave it for him two different times. The main complaint is that all of our shrubbery and plantings surrounding the house are dead or damaged, leaving an unsightly landscape for this summer season, possibly permanently unless we replace. Was there supposed to be a rinse cycle or tarps covering vulnerable landscaping? We chose Josh b/c there were many great reviews, but sadly this was not our experience.

+ 0 moreI have had 3 different people do this job over the past 3 years and Josh is hands down the best!! My outside looked beautiful when he finished!! He pays attention to the details and ask for opinions from you on what he can do to make it look better!!I am going to have him come back and do my gate and fence! Very pleased with his work!
Description of Work: Josh pressure washed and treated the brick on all 4 sides of my house. He pressure washed all of the windows and window sills. He also power washed my pool deck and my front walkway!

Bucket trucks available and are on site at all times equip with all necessary licenses, proof of insurances & policy's, our professional chemicals & equipment and all the experience to back it up. We also offer gutter cleaning and repair, exterior painting, exterior staining & sealing for decks and fences.
We do not paint interiors at the moment. We strictly Clean/Maintain exteriors & paint exteriors.
