Still waiting for warranty fix on erratic fan motor on a mini split since the beginning of this year. I have been trying to call and have left multiple voice mails and text messages per the instructions on the main number, jade heating and air and also jade constrution. All I ask is replace what was covered please . I do apologize but it not in my opinion good business. I would definitely change this to a more positive response after when done.

I can't recommend Jade Heat and Air more. I struggled for years with a recurrent problem with my HVAC and dealt with several other service providers who couldn't seem to fix it. Jade fixed it and it stayed fixed for three years. Just had them out to fix a new problem and couldn't be happier with Cesar Aguilar.

STAY AWAY! Sloppy work and incomplete. They do not return phone calls and do not show up for appointments. Installed a new HVAC system for my basement in Oct of 2020. They never returned to finish the system and took my money! Had to hire another firm to finish the work. Do not be fooled by sales persons, they are irresponsible.
