I would recommend them. At the time they came out to diagnose my issue o couldn't afford the repair. It was a part the controls the vents between my upstairs and downstairs. They rigged it so that we would get heat in both areas and help hold me over until I could afford the repair.

They showed up as scheduled on short notice and took care of us quickly.

David was very through with my maintenance. I appreciate his recommendations. He did adjust the way my heat pump works in cold weather. Everything was good. He was late on my appointment, otherwise I would have rated him higher.

They troubleshot the problem quickly and only did what was necessary to return the furnace to operation:

David, the owner came personalky because all his helers wete on other projects. He really knows heat pumps and taught me a lot about how they work. This was helpful as a new home owner from a part of the country where we can't use them. He was also helpful answering questions about the unit even our home inspector couldn't answer when purchasing the home. He took his time. Things did not seem rushed. He was thorough. It was a busy cold season yet he gave all the attention I needed and showed things to me as he worked.

David was professional and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to. He discovered the problem I had been having for the past 11 years and fixed it. I have had 3 other companies out and different people from those companies and they just kept putting puron in the heat pump and the whole time the heat strips had never been wired to come on. He also rewired my thermostat and the house has been warm. I just thought heat pumps blew cold air when temperatures dropped, emergency heat never came on....just blew cold air.

They installed a RUUD Furnace and AC in Oct 2020. Yesterday, my heater did not work, nobody answered the phone until 9am Monday. I called another company to come out and send a technician because it was 30 degrees. I need new gas valve. The other company suggested to call Jade because the warranty expired 5 weeks ago, and they would perhaps do the labor for free as a courtesy. They will not. They charge $912.00 and the new unit was $1700 2 years ago. They will not get my business anymore, moving forward.

Diagnosed the problem when 3 other companies did not. Fixed the issue on the first visit.

Courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me instructions to prevent same problem after the repair. They did miss the stated time window for the repair, but by less than half an hour.

Even provided printed CO measurements for each furnace; first time someone did that !

My service man was efficient, knowledgeable and did a thorough job! I was very pleased and will call Jade Heating and Air in the spring for a system check.

We did not meet the technician but spoke with him on the phone in detail about the project. He seemed to have done a thorough examination & patiently answered all of our questions. He offered his opinions and indicated clearly which work would cost more. I have not seen him or his work but from the phone conversation we are satisfied.
