+ -1 moreI would use them again. I liked the guy who came out and did the service. He found the problem right away, which I never would have found. He got the part, was back in an hour and put it on. In terms of price, it was good. I was happy with it. In terms of quality, he fixed it and it was fine. In terms of responsiveness, he was here when he said he would be here and got the job done right away. He was good in terms of professionalism.
Description of Work: I used the services of Imperial Home Services Llc for heating and a/c. The last time I used their services was last winter. I do not remember how much we spent for the work done. It was between $100 and $300.

+ -1 moreRoman is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about HV/AC. I would use Imperial Home Services, LLC and Roman again and would gladly recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their HV/AC
Description of Work: I called Roman at Imperial Home Services, LLC and got to talk to him right then. I explained the problem (the furnace would not turn on). He set up an appointment window between 10:30 and 12:00 in that morning to come out and look at our furnace. Roman called us at 10:30 sharp and was at our house by 11:00. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems. He then phoned in an order for the parts needed to fix our furnace. At this point he left our house and went on to another job. While out he picked up the parts needed to fix our furnace and returned to our house by 4:00 the same day. The problem was fixed and we have heat once again.
