85% of the landscaping died within 90 days. He does have a one year warranty on shrubs. Carter Mason came back and acknowledged that they had died, he even signed an addendum we added for every plant that had died and said he would replace them all - he never came back. I have left multiple phone calls and he never returned a single one. I contacted the BetterBusinessBureau and gave them all the details. The BBB reached out to him and he failed to return a single phone call or written response. I believe he is now black listed with them also. The driveway is a complete disaster. Every time it rains significantly my front yard is destroyed because of the driveway and runoff he created. I can't begin to tell you the damage it's caused...... DO NOT LET THIS MAN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! He seemed like a genuine, good old southern boy. Clearly I was wrong.

He did a good job in my front yard and then he said he would be able to do a good job on my pond. At that point he said I need the money up front $5000.00. I had an existing pond that he was going to redo. I paid him the money and waited for him to come out and do the job. He tore the pond apart and said my motor was not working anymore it was a big underground pool pump. He came to me with a dinky pump and just threw it in the middle. He kept giving me excuses of the rocks not being in and etc to why complete the job. He never came out to finish the pond. Then he finally said that he did not have my money so I told him that he had to start making me payments to get me paid back. He made me two payments and then hasn't payed me since. He is getting away with something that is not right. I had another guy come out and fix the mess that Carter had made. The new guy was able to use my big existing pump finished the pond in two
