And, he was completely off on the ones he did measure. Rather than install replacement windows, he went down the road of ripping out all the trim, inside, and out, which was way out of scope for the condition of our windows. We wanted Gorell windows, which he was able to get. Once I told him that we were leaning with Duracraft, an established contractor, he began throwing throwing them under the bus and beacame overly competitive saying things like "we've had to clean up after them mant times" and "we've matched their price, now they have to match ours." When I finally told him we were going with Duracraft, he said something like " I already knew that." The red flags were definitely there. Not someone I'm going to do business with.
