Received a free quote on bay window, chimney and upper roof siding rot. Work was completed nicely however there was a small blub on estimate the stating work "would be ready for paint". Was unaware this meant, they do not paint the parts they replace, therefore, have to hire an additional contractor to paint. While satistied with work and received an apology letter from the company, I would not have used them.

I called Home Pro Carpentry on a Saturday morning and Charles came out immediately. After discussing the problem, he was able to get someone out on a Sunday to begin working on our chimney. The work was not able to be completed in that one day as hoped as there was a little more damage found thanwhat we had expected. So they regrouped and returned on Monday to begin. All in all the job took until Wednesday to get finished, but it looks really, really good! I will use them again when I have my next problem, that is for sure.

Very good customer service, honest, very good work product

Charles, Craig, and Scott did a great job repairing my windows and managing the prep & paint tasking including cleaning up after. They now look like new! All the folks were very friendly and made sure that I understood what they were doing, any additional issues and then what I wanted to do (or not do). I did not realize up front they were going to work through the weekend to get things done, but they did (~33 windows repaired). They also did some finishing items usually skipped that do make a difference. I'd definitely have them back for other home improvement/repair jobs.

Charles is amazing. He responded to my phone calls and e-mail inquiries immediately. He was very professional and friendly. He had a lot of ideas. I met with 9 pro's for estimate and Charles stood out from the rest. His price was very competitive and he met my budget for the work I needed done. His workmanship is top notch, whether its small or big jobs he puts in time and effort in everything he touches. Home Pro Carpentry is the company I will be recommending to to anyone and everyone. I will be using them for years to come! It is hard to put into words how great Charles is and the quality of his work is but I am smiling from ear to ear

he is talking good but skip the work ones you give work, he did reduse the work and looking money and try to finsh the work fast, he dont care.i am not happy ,but he work less then money.

After phone calls and additional visits, the contractor finished. He kept the site clean and the carpentry was sound. However, the finish work � caulking, sanding, and painting � required many visits to correct. The reason for this was improper supervision: the owner visited the site only after I had contacted him several times, and the supervisor was rarely on site. In addition, pricing for the job was inflated in some areas: the job required about a gallon of paint at $25/gal, but I was charged for 3 gallons at $48/gal. After reading this review the owner called, said I was a liar and he revoked my warranty. Overall, a mediocre experience.

I was very satisfied with their work on my chimney and the siding on the left side of my home, they were very concerned with making sure we were satisfied. Their clean up was excellent, they did the job in a timely manner. I will recommend them to friends and colleagues, who need work done on their home. Craig explained what they were going to do and they did what they said they would do.

I was very satisfied with how courteous and professional they were. They were quick to return emails and phone calls and they were very flexible and responsive to my scheduling needs. The work is excellent and I have no complaints with the results. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Many of the other "professionals" I contacted to get quotes didn't bother to even return my phone calls, but Home Pro was all too happy to provide excellent service from beginning to end.

Very thorough proposal, detailed work completed to my satisfaction. Charles was very flexible and was great to work with. They worked over a weekend to get the work done, which shows their dedication to completing the project successfully. Home Pro Carpentry did an excellent job on some house repairs and window replacement. Workers were efficient, courteous and cleaned up very well. No problem with communications. Charles explained all work very well and pricing was competitive. I would use Home Pro again and have recommended them to others already.
