He came on time and did a nice job repairing my window frame.

The installers were unprofessional with their language dropping the f bomb where my daughter and granddaughters could hear. Talked about someone's wife and they would like to go home to that. Wanted to take final payment and leave before the job was completed. Had to have them come back to finish caulking the top of the door since it was raining and water was pouring inside the door. Never leaked there before. Charged me extra to come back and complete the job.
