Description of Work: Malcolm gave us a competitive estimate to install porcelain tile on our screened porch, along with info needed to buy materials. He arrived when he promised, did the job and finished on-time & within budget. He cleaned up before leaving, following final inspection. Completely satisfied with his tile work. Even sold a piece of woodworking machinery for me without a consignment fee.
