Contacted to have some work done in the house. I was called back and I filled the gentleman in on what I needed. He referred me to their website as he was driving at the time. I used their website per his request to send a follow up message. I never heard back from them again.

Can't say enough positive things about David with Handy Hero. We needed double ovens and an over the range microwave replaced. David is extremely knowledgeable and we believe the only person who could successfully install our new double ovens. We incorrectly measured our cabinet space which left hime 3" left to work with on the oven install. He was able to overcome our measuring errors and install our ovens. We could not be more pleased. He also had many tips to prolong the life of our appliances. We look forward to working with David and Handy Hero in the future.

I emailed Handy Hero about my problem and was called by carpenter and "miracle man" Glenn Woloszyn within two hours. Glenn came out on 5/22/15 and estimated the cost to remove, replace and paint the siding around my chimney. He explained that the roof flashing was non existant and that everytime it rained, water was soaking into the hardiplank siding. He gave me the estimate and I had a written repair contact emailed that evening to me. On 5/28/15 Glenn did the repair perfectly, even putting in the flashing. Today, 5/29/15 he painted the siding. Glenn actually had the paint matched to my house color! Everything was done neatly and precisely! Communication was excellent and workmanship very professional. I like to hire within my community of Cumming. I will not hesitate to call Handy Hero again. Thank you, Hiro, for sending Glenn!!!

I have tried to resolve a billing issue for several months. Handy Hero sent a couple of guys out to look at an internal sound system in the ceiling. We were told it would be $100 to have the system evaluated and - if there was going to be any additional costs - we would be informed before any additional work was done. They weren't able to evaluate the sound system to determine why it wasn't working because we didn't have a working receiver. I rushed down the street (5 minute drive) to Radio Shack and bought a receiver, and brought it back and plugged it in. The sound system worked perfectly. The guys didn't do anything and were on site for 30 minutes. They tried to get me to pay an invoice for $500 - absolutely ridiculous. This wasn't what we agreed on and it is egregious that Handy Hero refuses to honor what we were told. They made several threatening phone calls to our regional office and were incredibly unprofessional and accusatory. They refused to compromise on this issue.

David from Handy Hero, Inc, showed up on time, called on his way to the house. Very friendly and professional! We are getting our home ready for sale, and had several little, nagging items to repair. David went thru all the repairs that were needed, gave me a fair price for the work. He got right to work, cleaned up after himself, had all of the parts from old fixtures as well as manuals from the new items together for me. I would highly recommend this company and would use again!

David arrived on time and did the job quickly and professionally. He removed the shower doors, etc, filled the holes and cleaned up the silicone. The bath looks like new.

Very reliable and professional. He is prompt and knows how to do everything I need. I recommend him to everyone he is truly a handyman hero.

The job went well. We had just a couple of follow-up items that needed to be corrected and they fixed those with no problems.

Everything went fine. Handy Hero has contractors that work for them. I think it really depends on which contractor you get that day. The one I had no longer works there but I would still recommend them if you have a smaller project that is a little too advanced for you

I called Handy Hero yesterday to request service after reading the great reviews here on Angie's List. The good reviews are absolutely deserved! I asked just to have the windows "unstuck." What I got was the windows unstuck, the sliders cleaned off, cobwebs cleaned out of the window wells, the screens installed, and every speck of dust, paint chips, etc. cleaned up. They were on time, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. I have already requested quotes for a couple other projects.

Everything from scheduling to service performed went perfectly. Communication was great. Job was completed in timeframe estimated and cost was exactly what was quoted. Very friendly and work done was even better quality than expected. Will use again!

I had Handy Hero come out. They were here for about three hours. Only one person came out.

They were very professional and did top notch work all around. They were expensive compared to other quotes we received but there is no denying the quality of work. If you subscribe to the theory that you get what you pay for you will be rewarded by this company. If you want shoddy and cheap look elsewhere.

Used a new splicing technique that was still to code. Fix was quick and he had the correct tools. David Eckhart was the techinician. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call this company again.

David was right on time and was extremely professional. He installed the table perfectly in the exact amount of time given.

I've used HandyHero for several different jobs in the past few months, such as painting, drywall repair, matching and adding tile to bath floor, replacing garage door gaskets. I've been very impressed with each of the people that have been over: Mark, the estimator (very professional detailed written estimates), Pedro, the tiler (excellent work), David, the garage guy (and other things), and Judy, the superlative painter, and Hiro, the boss. Each person was quite capable, professional, nice, and someone I would like to do business with again. Each person went out of their way to do things for me, like finding acceptable compatible tile for the floor, fixing a stuck drawer, painting and fixing messed up spots from previous painter. (Judy can blend in paint unbelievably well. She also caulks better than anyone I've seen). I believe everyone that works for Hiro is honest, and really knows what they are doing. They pay attention to the details, many I hadn't even thought about. My only complaint is that each person is specialized and so you end up having several people over if you have various types of projects and they come on different days. There's good and bad in that. I would recommend HandyHero for any type of project you need help with. The jobs will be completed correctly and to your satisfaction. You rarely find companies like this anymore.

It went great. The guy that came out knew what he was doing, was very professional, didn't waste any time and did a great job. I'm very happy with the work and would hire them again.

Glen came out and not only did the work requested, but went the extra mile and made sure the new siding fit right and was watertight. He also fixed a part under my door trim where water could seep into my basement. I am impressed with Glen's professionalism and with the work performed.

The provider showed up, took photos of the job to create bid and never submitted the bid. We eventually stopped waiting and hired someone else, but it cost us two weeks waiting.

They were able to schedule a call very quickly and based on my time constraints. I was impressed with the first contact. David came to my house at exactly the time scheduled and called before arriving. He knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I will definitely continue to use this service.
