Phil Wheeler Install had blown installation into our attic in January and did a fantastic job. My husband remembered that Phil also did gutter installs as well. Got in touch with Phil again, set up an appointment for an estimate which came in quite low. Set up the gutter install for the next week with Phil's crew and had them installed in about 5 hours total. His crew did an awesome job again! Thank you Phil Wheeler!

This company, also known as Gutters Atlanta, had installed new gutters and leaf shingle covers in my previous home 5 years ago. I was so pleased with the installation, service and professionalism that I also had Phil Wheeler install blown attic insulation in that house. When I moved to a renovated 1960's home this summer, I was delighted to learn that Gutters Atlanta had installed the gutters and added attic insulation on this house for the previous homeowner, but they did not install a leaf guard system. So, I didn't hesitate to call Phil to see what he recommended because this roof and gutters collect a lot of pine straw. He first thought about the solid reverse curve type system, but concluded that they would not work well because of the roof pitch. Of course, those would have been the most expensive. So, I was pleased that he didn't try to sell me the most costly thing that wouldn't have worked as well as the mid-price range leaf shingle (the metal type with slits for the rain water to go through). Although he used a different installer than the one he used 5 years prior at my old house, they still did a good job. They were scheduled promptly and showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. This is the third time I have used Phil Wheeler Install (aka Gutters Atlanta, aka Home Energy) and couldn't be happier with his demeanor, professionalism, friendliness, price, promptness, attention to detail and desire to please the customer. In addition to learning that Phil installed the gutters on my new 1960's home before I bought it, he had also installed the energy efficient Simonton windows for the previous homeowner. One of the windows was foggy, so while he was here installing the gutter guards, I asked him about that and he immediately ordered and replaced the window sash free of charge as they are under lifetime warranty even though it was the previous homeowner who had them installed. No fuss, no muss, no problem. He also arranged to have a denny clip replaced in another window. Phil is very responsive to customer needs and wants and his prices are extremely competitive. I checked out references from other customers before hiring him the first time 5 years ago and found all of them to be positive. I hope you are happy with his work also.

I was having the exterior house trim painted, and wanted the old gutters replaced at the same time, plus install some type of gutter guard to keep out leaves and other tree debris. I had 3 estimates from different installers. Phil with Gutters Atlanta provided by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and professional presentation, offering 3 different options. He candidly recommended the mid-range leaf shingle product, which I greatly appreciated him not trying to upsell me on the top of the line that wasn't needed for my application. I thoroughly checked his references from previous jobs before deciding to hire him to do my job--all customers were extremely pleased with the work, installation and after-sale service. The most impressive thing was the 1-, 5-, and 10-year free inspection warranty. I felt confident that he would be around to fulfill that obligation and, in fact, he has been for 5 years now, which is more than I can say for many installers. Phil was extremely accommodating by working closely with the house painter to remove the gutters so the fascia could be repaired and painted before installing the new gutters. Plus he gave me a sample of the gutter material so the painter could color match the trim paint. The installation went very smoothly. I did have him come back out to patch a small seam leak on the edge piece of a gutter, which was done promptly and to my satisfaction. Not only that, but he also put up a splash piece in a corner. I love the leaf shingle he recommended and installed. They definitely did the job by keeping out debris yet allowing water to flow freely. The roof did need to be blown off once or twice a year, but nothing like the previous messy frequent gutter cleaning. Phil was exceptionally easy to work with and had a good crew to do the actual installation.

Phil, Eric, and Victor and the entire Gutters Atlanta crew did a great job and were very professional. Pricing was inline with other companies but Phil ofered the best guarantee. He even suggested saving me hundreds of additional dollars by using the existing downspouts since they were in good condition. No other company offered me that option. The crew was out and completed the job the next day after I called. There was a slight mixup with the leaf guard being installed on the wrong gutter. The installer had to leave town for asick family member but Phil assured me he would be back in two weeks. Ten days later Victor was back to finish the job. They have checked back with me several times after a rain to see if I was satisfied. I highly reccomend Gutters Atlanta.

They did an excellent, neat and clean job, and when my husband called after a rainfall and noticed a small problem they were quick to come out and repair. They called more than once to make sure we were completely satisfied and they offer inspections at 1, 5 and 10 year to make sure the gutters are in good working order. Of the 3 estimates we got, their's was the lowest, and included the best guarantee, plus included repairing/replacing rotten wood. They also repaired a small problem of shingles missing on our roof. That was above and beyond the call of duty. Roofer wanted minimum $375.000 to do it since it was such a small job. We are more than happy with our experience. An update: We've had a few leaks in our gutters. Have emailed and called them to come out to repair, even sent pictures. They responded the first couple times we contacted them and said they would send someone out again, but haven't. Not so sure about them now. Still have the leaks. I was so happy with them to begin with, I'm bummed.

Got oversold for a repair request and wasted my time.

They were prompt, cost effective, and it works.

There was some areas that had a lot of overflow. He came out several time to make sure that all the water was being caught. Each time he would come out he never charged me. This shows that his customer service skills goes above and beyond. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

They had a gentleman come out to give and estimate and this was $400 less than any of the other companies. They had a very skilled carpenter replaced the rotten wood in several places. They also replaced some rotten wood that was not connect the gutters! They replaced the gutters and waited a whole week before asking to be paid so they could be sure that everything was satisfactory and they also checked to make sure that I was satisfied. They were also very quite when they were working. There was not yelling or playing of music. They never asked for anything and just did their work.

They were fine. They did exactly what we asked them to do. I did not have any complaints at all. I would use them again in the future.

I submitted an online request for an estimate. Phil promptly responded and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and was very personable, yet always professional. My gutters were not draining properly. Phil recommended that I replace the gutters, but said my downspouts were fine. I also wanted gutter covers, and was shown a couple of options for the covers. The price quoted was very reasonable so I scheduled the work for later in the week. The crew showed up as promised and did an excellent job. Phil followed up by phone to make sure I was happy with the job. Gutters Atlanta was a pleasure to do business with!

Needed gutters replaced on shed-roof sunroom. Using Angie's List, contacted Gutters Atlanta. Told them it was a small job and I was willing to wait until they could work it in with another nearby job. Phil came out. Seemed like a responsible person. Offered reasonable price & good quality product. This was in mid-May. It is now early July. I have made three calls. Told me they had "tried to call us". Materials were "on the truck". But never were attached to my sunroom. Disappointing. I will now look for another contractor.

It was a good experience. They came out after I called. They made an appointment and came right out. They were on time. They called ahead and took the time. They were professional. They did the work and just went on their way. I would rate them an ?A?.

They didn't charge us anything. They had replaced our gutters. I have almost zero trees around my home and I appreciated that he didn't try to push me with gutter guards, which would have added $2-3,000 to the price. He said I didn't need them. He said that I just needed regular gutters and I was fine. He could have very easily tried to push those products on me because they sell them. I appreciated that. It did take me a couple of callbacks to get them out and I had a couple of rainfalls where the gutters were not working like they should have been but it all worked out.

I contacted Gutters Atlanta and they were able to have their lead sales rep at my house within a couple of days. Phil was prompt, and very professional during his visit to our home. He immediately determined that our gutters were in need of replacement (as opposed to repair), and quoted me the cost of the project. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to upsell me on "topped" gutters as it was clear I did not need them. He scheduled a crew to come out and install the gutters on a Monday. Unfortunately, we got hit with a huge storm the scheduled day and the install did not happen. But the guys came out the next day to start. The install took about a day and a half, and the installation crew was very professional and cleaned their work area. The guys even replaced some light bulbs while they had their long ladders out that had been burnt out for years. The project was great!!!

Great! Phil came to our home to check out our old gutters & give us an idea of what we needed. I was expecting to need gutters all the way around the house, but he said just the back & North side was all we needed due to the slopes of our grounds. Best thing was, NO SALES PRESSURE to have them do the work. They seem to be busy enough with plenty of work, that does all the selling needed. Weren't really sure when they were going to be coming to work; apparently didn't matter as we didn't need to be home anyway. Day they came, we were here & saw them get started. There was some misunderstanding over whether new fascia boards were part of the quote or only if our existing ones needed to be replaced. The foreman, Charlie, demonstrated to our satisfaction that what we had was better than what they would replace with. In all, VERY HAPPY with our new gutters, they look GREAT, & I can see that they will work great, too.
