As late in life first time home buyers, we were smart enough to know that a full home inspection was absolutely critical, and who to pick was not a decision we made lightly. Research, reviews, and some luck led us to Scott and Sheila, and the inspection ended up being some of the best money we spent. Sheila was extremely friendly and provided us with a wealth of info up front. During the inspection, Scott actually spent 5 hours with us (had to be a record) answering every question we could come up with, addressed every concern we had, and was surprisingly free with advice how to address or find help for the issues found. Seriously, it cannot be overstated how much better of a grasp we had on things after that walkthrough, and how grateful we are for how much time Scott spent.
Description of Work: Full home inspection of 2 story house with basement during due diligence period. Opted for inspection, radon testing, well testing, and air quality testing as well.
