My first appointment was Sunday 3/26/23 and when that day came I had not heard from anyone confirming my appointment so I called and left a message. Short time later I received a call from Rachel asking me didn’t the tech (her husband) call me to cancel? I replied no but was understanding and rescheduled 4/6/23. I had to take off work for this appointment and when the time came, Javier (the husband and owner) texted me and canceled. I expressed that I was unhappy I took off work and missed out on my pay but was still understanding and rescheduled for 4/8/23. Well at the time he was supposed to be there I get another text from Javier telling me his car broke down and basically go somewhere else. I returned his text still understanding and he just blew me off. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a company before. Below are the texts.

My dryer vent needed cleaning. I found Georgia Pure Air in Angi. They quickly responded to my request, and found time to address my issues. They efficiently inspected the vent, cleaned it, and recommended other reasonable repairs. Javier was friendly and easy to work with. The work was done, quickly, efficiently, at a reasonable cost. I couldn't ask for anything more!

This project went so well! The two-man technician team spent the day methodically and carefully cleaning our air ducts and vents, sanitized and disinfected, cleaned the blower motor in the HVAC system, added antimicrobial treatment in the duct system, repaired the dryer vent, and installed the UVC Max 25 in the main supply return duct, to sterilize and reduce airborne micro-organisms as they pass through the system. They were diligent and cleaned up afterward.

I have so much dust in my house I thought it was time to clean my ducts. Javier came to clean the vent s and showed me that they weren't sealed to the registers and the dust was coming from the attic! So glad I had someone honest and thorough who knew what they were doing to listen to my problem and fix it.

The service was great. They did a great job, and they were trustworthy.
