Replaced the glass in several windows but the glass was too thick and the windows wouldn't stay open. They replaced them with thinner glass at no charge and now they are fine. I hired them to replace some additional window glass when they came back to my house.

They replaced the glass and everything looked wonderful. After the installers left, I noticed the windows they replaced would not stay open. Ray Mullins came to check it out and said the replacement glass they used was thicker than the original glass and it caused the windows to be too heavy to stay open. He said that he is a glass guy, not a window guy and he didn't know if there was a way to adjust the windows to keep them open. He said I should contact the original window company that installed the windows and ask them for advice.

For me, customer satisfaction is more than just low cost and also more than just quality of results. Occasionally, the integrity of the contractor becomes a more prominent criteria than the others, even though all are still important to all customers. That was the case here in my dealings with Mr. Ray Mullins; truly a man of his word. Both windows described above were of excellent quality and installed professionally by a very experienced and able crew (Brian & Matt). I was happy with their installation and it was a pleasure working with them both. I looked, what I thought was carefully, at both installations before they left and was pleased with both. However, within an hour after they left, I was admiring their work, apparently in a much more detailed fashion than I had earlier, and was quite disturbed to discover that along the top edge of the long dining room transom window, for about a 2ft length, the metallic spacer grid which separates the double panes had somehow dropped down about 1/8 to 1/4 inch below the sash edge so as to become a visual anomaly which once-noticed could not be ignored. I immediately called Mr. Mullins and sent him pictures of the sloping grid. I was very relieved by the seriousness with which he treated my concerns. Admittedly, from a distance, the imperfection could be deemed minor to many people, but for me, once seen, I would never see anything else when looking at that window. Also, many people I’ve done business before would have immediately responded with “Well, you had plenty of opportunity to raise any concerns you had with this job before we left, so since you didn’t, we’ve met our end of the bargain”. Mr. Mullins, to his credit, took neither of these positions but seemed only concerned with my satisfaction of the final product of their work. To make a long story somewhat shorter, Ray reordered a replacement for the transom window at his expense and his Brain & Matt came back out only 4-weeks later and removed the defective transom and replaced it with a flawless transom, superbly yet again, at no cost to me. Obviously, I am highly pleased with final outcome and will turn first to Ray Mullins and Georgia-Glass-Repair for any future window repairs. My overall ratings:1. Integrity & Honesty {A++}2. The job was done fantastically, very professional, always called ahead and on time. They did fantastic job of cleaning and left place neat and tidy.

It was fine. They came out and performed the work when my husband was on work. They were able to take care of it. He didn't have to change his schedule or anything which is the best part about it.

They replaced 10 different window glass (different sizes - small 7" X 18" to 18" x 68". Their work is terrific, professional, dry neat and a pleasure to work with.

I called up, asked for an estimate, Ray called back in ten minutes, quoted a good price. I called back later that day to set an appt the next day. Next day Jesus came by at the right time, one hour later he was done. Quick, professional and fair price. I could not ask for more.

This is a follow-up to my 9-4-13 review. We had a great experience with all the guys there. They replaced all the window in our townhouse. They were prompt and quick in removing the old windows and replacing with new windows with e-glass. Due to the dimensions of the sun room windows they came up with plan to use the most available space of the frame to fit the largest window. The room is now a 3-4 season usable room instead of a one season. They came back by after a family emergency and did some minor repairs and gave us a great price to change out the glass in our Suburban for less than 1/2 of what the dealer quoted. They replaced it in an hour one day over my lunch break. Definitely would recommend based on my experience and will use them for my auto glass needs as well.

However, about 4 or 5 months ago, they did replace glass in 4 windows, which saved us a ton of money. We didn't have to replace the entire window. They were efficient, fast and professional. They did a great job, and cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely use them again. The cost was around $450, which was about in line with the other estimates we got. I would rate them 5 stars!

It turned our very good. They repaired my daughters car. It was a front end damage, due to hitting a deer. It took them 2 days and I had the option through our insurance company to get a loner car. I dealt with the front office staff mostly and my experience was very good.

There were no problems at all. The professionalism was perfect with them and they were accommodating with scheduling. The prices did seem to be a bit on the high end.

They arrived on-time and it didn't take them very long and they completed the work in the timeframe they indicated they would. Their prices were in-line with others. Scheduling was pretty easy. The work has been holding up great. The man was pretty easy to get ahold of. They did a good job.

They came prepared to work and had the old windshield out in minutes and the new one installed. The gasketing looks very good and has been through some heavy rainstorms and there is no sign of any leaks. While they were at my home they advised me how solve a long standing problem with one of my storm windows on the house and it worked out very well. They were very willing to help me out with the problem in spite of being there for the auto glass.

I originally did not find this company on Angie's List, they were recommended by another window company. But I had such a great experience with them I wanted to share it on Angie's List. They were very professional and prompt and I would absolutely hire them again.

On time, on budget and exactly as quoted. Plus they gave us a competitive quote to redo the sun room windows which they will be doing soon.

Ray was very friendly and upfront, providing an estimate over the phone based on my rough measurements and promising it would not go up once they made their own measurements. He stayed in touch to confirm the estimate and date of installation. Installers were polite, punctual, and efficient, and the windows look great, matching existing windows perfectly, and fit well. We'd definitely use them again.
