Joshua , the owner, was very personable, prompt and efficient.....made my 12 year old carpets look new and assured me I have a lot more life in them....about a year ago, he did two relatives homes and I was so impressed how new he made their carpets look and since I babysit for one of them, have seen that none of the stains in their carpet came back and they still look great....that is what made me choose Joshua to do my carpets....I was very pleased with the cost he charged and the fact that he worked hard and quick and was done ....previous companies have seemed to take hours to do the job, then the carpets just got dirty again within no time...very pleased and will call him for pressure washing and roof cleaning too....

I was more than satisfied with the results. Joshua was able to get the few stubborn spots out of the carpet, although he initially said he wasn't certain he could do so. Guess just a little more effort and he got the job done to perfection! It isn't always you get the right person the first time but, in this instance, I nailed it! Technician showed up first thing in the morning right after my wife and I left for work. He did a marvelous job of cleaning ALL of our carpet throughout our entire house- not just the main areas, but the hard to get to areas as well. He even repaired our small spot in our carpet that had a minor rip in it! As he finished one room/ hallway, he promptly placed his drying fan in the area to allow for maximum dry time. By the time my wife and I returned home from work, not only were are carpets super clean, they were dry as well! From previous carpet cleaners we have used in the past, we cannot say that about a single one! My wife was totally impressed! We will definitely use GA Carpet Cleaners again!
