 + -1 moreI got a call from a neighbor who had ;locked their ignition keys in their vehicle at the local shopping center with no spare key available. I called Ga 400 Roadside Assistance to see if they could get the vehicle unlocked. They said yes and they could be there in 30 minutes. The assistance team showed up right on time and got into the vehicle in what seemed like less than 10 minutes. I was impressed and Ga 400 Roadside Assistance made me look real good in my neighbor's eyes. Very quick and professional.

 + -1 moreI was driving down GA 400 at Pilgrim Mill road when I had a blow out on my right rear tire. I got my vehicle to the shoulder of the road and stopped. I had my 8 yr old little girl with me at the time and this experience made her upset and scared. As I'm trying to calm her down, I remembered I had Ga 400 Roadside Assistance Phone # which I got from a billboard I saw at the corner of Sawnee Drive and Hwy. 9. So with no hesitation, I called the number. Michael answered the phone and I told him my problem. He asked where I was , I told him and he advised me he be there in 10 min.. 15 Min went by and Ga 400 Roadside assistance arrived. Not only did he changed my tire, but he also took the time to help me calm my Daughter down.
