The actual owner William Poss did the inspection. He was prompt, polite, and very knowledgable. What I liked about this man was pure honesty. I would and will use this company in the future for all my exterminating needs. What he did for me was explained to me exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for for possible infestation of termites. Thank God the inspection went well.

They were very easy to reach and to make an appointment. We have used them before and had a good experience so we chose to use them again. They were very prompt in their appointment. He spent over an hour in our hot attic searching for a very hard-to-find dead rodent and finally was successful. He was very dedicated determined and wouldn't give up. He charged us much less than we expected. We would definitely use Raymond V. and his company again.

Once the visit was scheduled,it was very difficult to get somebody on the phone,even after trying many times....The day of the schedule the provider was supposed to call me half an hour before their arrival.The time slot I was given was 12:30 to 3:30p.m.At around 3:15 I got a call saying that they will not be able to make it to the appointment as the person's car had some problems and was on the other side of the town.They were willing to reschedule.Finally they were able to make it that day .

We have had a problem with large c*** roaches for years. They were living in the crawl spaces and attics often coming out for water during the summer months. many were dying as they were coming and going, picking up the pesticide from the lawn care service. I have small children and did not want a pesticide company inside the house so we dealt with it. After concerns from my concerned wife I researched Angie's list and found an environmentally safe pest control company that was reasonably priced so I decided to give Forsyth exterminating a try. They were responsive (had an appointment in days); arrived on-time; and have not seen a roach until yesterday (which is what they told me as the spring season is upon us). I am calling them today for my Spring/Summer treatment!

My husband told them our problem initially and they sent someone out that could not help us with our problem. When we talked to them earlier they told us that they could take care of our problem and when they arrived they said the 50.00 only covers our normal service.

They were very responsive to my call and showed up on time. They got inside and outside. They were very polite and professional and seeemd very thorough.

They were punctual and completed the work in the same day. They have since returned multiple times to make sure the job was complete and not critters remained in my attic.

I responded to and bought an Angie's List Big Deal from Forsyth Exterminating due to having quirrels in my attic. I spoke with Julie and she sent a most delightful young man named Tyler out to give me a quote to trap and remove the squirrels and seal all entries and deodorize my attic. Tyler was very courteous and friendly. He checked out all possible entry areas inside and out and wrote a very clear and reasonable qoute (based on past quotes I have received from other companies). Because of the wooded area of our neighborhood, Tyler was also concerned that my neighbors may be experiencing the same problems. Since I bought the Big Deal offer from Forsyth, which does not expire, I plan on using them hopefully in the near future. I really appreciate the concern this company had for me and my neighborhood and based on their past reviews I feel we will be very satisfied with their services.

I used this company in 2011 on an emergency call and they were responsive and took care of the yellow -jacket bee problem in 1 visit. Based on that experience I called them back this year to deal with a carpenter bee problem. About the only thing that has gone right was the initial visit where they surveyed my house and gave me a quote and service date. After that I started having problems. 1) Technician did not come on date / time arranged. I had to call the office and ask where he was. 2) Tech did not provide a thorough exterminating process although I discussed my expectations with the surveyor 3) After the first treatment I noticed quite a lot of bees still swarming. Had to call their office twice to reschedule. They are very bad at returning calls . 4) Same tech returned and used same product, which resulted in no bees being exterminated. 5) Called office 2 more times. Requested a different product be used to kill the bees.Was told this request would be forwarded to tech. 6) A different tech came out and tried to use the same product the first tech used. Said he was never told to use a different product. 7) Had to reschedule AGAIN to have tech come out with another product. I am waiting to see how this treatment goes. I would not recommend this company for carpenter bee eradication. Also plan on them missing appointments and not returning calls. UPDATE TO REVIEW: After the 4th treatment it looks like they got the right combination and the bees appear to be under control. I give them points for continuing to try and resolve the issue, but am rather frustrated it took so many visits. May consider using them again but I will also research other vendors if necessary.

We had squirrels running wild in our attic and in our walls. Three different times they actually made it to the inside of home and were running around in our bedrooms! YIKES! Other companies gave estimates in the $1,000 range to seal off all points of entry, getting rid of the critters, and sterilizing/deodorizing the areas where they were nesting. Forsyth gave me an estimate of only $500.They came out and sealed off all the points of entry and set traps. They were very friendly and professional. They come back out every few days to check and empty the traps. We started smelling a horrible smell, and they came back out to get a dead squirrel out of the wall. (He wasn't dead there because of their traps -- he just got himself stuck and died there.) They had to tear out some drywall to get to him, but they put it all back, cleaned up after themselves and when they left, everything was just as it had been when they came, minus a dead squirrel. All of this was included in the initial cost. We are hearing fewer and fewer squirrels runnign around in the walls, and I am confident that will all be gone soon. Then, they will come back out and sterilize and deodorize all of their nesting places. If I ever have a critter problem again, there is no doubt who I will call -- FORSYTH WILDLIFE! :)

I had scrolls in my ad deck. Their price was good and I liked their Forman but some of their workers were kind of okay. They set traps inside and out and then recheck after five weeks. I got several other quotes but their price was definitely good.

We have an annual termite bond and they come out every three months. They provided good services and we are happy with them.

I had called several wildlife services to come out and find/ remove a dead animal in the wall. Jay Rabasco was determined to find it. We spent almost 2 hours looking for it. Since we couldn't find it, Jay sprayed a deodorant / disinfectant in the general area, which killed the smell, and then did not charge me for it! He seemed genuinely concerned for the health risk. I'm sure he suspected we'd call again given the siding condition and possibility of other critters invading, but I'd say that was a sign of good business intuition on his part. He handled himself professionally and very friendly, and won my business.

Not to good . Can't seem to get rid of ants. However they don't miss billing you. Ants stayed, bought my own spray from local hardware and they are gone.

Have them as pest control and termite control. Have had no issues. Heard a noise in the attic and called out there wildlife division. They ended up finding out I had squirrels and a 4 inch gap all the way around my house behind the gutters. Had them put up metal flashing to close gap and seal attic. Workmen were prompt and did a really great job. They informed me of issues up on the roof line and fixed most on the spot. I have to say it was as if they were working on their own homes. Nothing was done just to look good. Everything was done with quality and care. Would use them again but with the job they did I expect I won't have to. Traps are laid and in a week or so squirrels will be a thing of the past.

We have been very satisfied with the service. I would gladly recommend them other people looking for a reliable pest control service. They are always on time and professional, and have come back intermittently to take care of any problems we have had between service at no charge.
