To start, they have a huge showroom off Hwy 400 in Cumming, GA (a little north of Roswell/Alpharetta) where you can see good-sized displays of many different flooring styles and materials, from carpet to vinyl to luxury vinyl tile to ceramic tile to hardwood to …. Very helpful to customers who aren't sure what they want. Their sales people are very knowledgeable, helpful, and cooperative. The installation crew couldn't have done a better job - they arrived on time, prepared, and were obviously experienced. They pulled up and replaced over 3000 sq ft of carpet, including two sets of stairs, and did an excellent job. When they pulled up the old vinyl in the laundry, they discovered that we had a long-standing plumbing problem and a very wet floor. It took us several days to get a plumber to fix it and dry out the floor, but Antonio and his crew returned later (about 4 PM on the Sat of TG weekend!) to finish the job (at no extra charge for the return trip). They vacuumed as they went, and moved all furniture carefully. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly to anyone.
