All their people, from sales to production, were AMAZING!!!. I am so pleased with the work that was done, I am going to use them to paint the outside and stain my deck. Just an all around outstanding company.

There was a bit of miscommunication on a couple of very small items that they quickly remedied which means a lot when you're talking about your home. Overall I will be hiring them again and would recommend. They did a good job, they were timely, clean and respectful.

Great organization. The concept of a Production Manager is of great value. Having another set of "company" eyes to evaluate the finished product guarantees the customer is satisfied. Any and all complaints would be handled before any payment is finalized. That extra level of concern might cost more at some companies but I thought Five Stars' price was very competitive.

Even though we had a smaller project, Five Star took care of us and truly gave us five star service.

Painter lacked enough help and his truck broke down and had to rent truck, ladders and sprayer. He was a good painter but was not prompt getting to work in a timely manner. He was a hard worker. Job was not done when predicted but I do understand the circumstances prevented this.
