 + -1 moreIT TOOK TEN MONTHS TO DO WHAT HE SAID WOULD TAKE THREE MONTHS. WE PAID HIM UP FRONT IN THREE PAYMENTS AND WE WE FEEL HE RAN OUT OF MONEY UNTIL HE TOOK ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE HE KEPT ASKING FOR MORE MONEY.
Description of Work: THEY FINISHED OUR UNFINISHED BASEMENT.
