loved exovations. they were professional and did such a wonderful job. a little pricer than other contractors, but I knew they did phenomenal work (previous neighbor used them) and I wanted to get the job don't right the first time then have someone cut corners. Would recommend troy and his team!!

Katie Smith was our sales person and Chris Campbell was our project manager. They were both great. They did exactly what they promised and finished right on time. Everyone worked very hard and the work turned out great. I am very pleased.

Perfect. They were professional, on time, craftsman. The project was managed every step of the way and was completed exactly as agreed, on time for the exact amount we agreed to. They are they best I have seen or experienced.

I was truly excited about this job. They were the 10th estimate I'd received. During the sales and consultation, they were punctual, thorough, and honest. They advertise they provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship. This was the easiest purchase of a product ever. They advertise what stress free remodeling looks like. This was the most stressful work I've ever had done on my home. Two company signs were installed in my yard. One sign was the company sign. The other sign was a set of rules for their employees. Some of the rules were no loud music, no smoking, no eating, no swearing, and be respectful. Windows and sliding door Installation The beginning of the installation was problematic. The cedar wood around the windows was supposed to be removed, windows installed, and cedar wood re-installed except where rotted. No one told the window installers this information. One window was ordered incorrectly but that was rectified as soon as possible. The window installers could speak English. Garage Door Installation The garage door installer couldn't speak English. The siding was supposed to be completed prior to the garage door install and since it wasn't the garage door installer wasn't going to do it. I called the Project manager and he got him to install the garage door. The door broke that day or the very next day and it wouldn't close leaving my home exposed. I had to contact the Project Manager. I did think it was pretty darn cool that he left the comforts of his home immediately and got the garage door to close. The garage door company returned to fix it so it would close properly all the time. Siding Installation; This was the worst job ever. The first siding crew didn't speak English. The left their lunch trash on the ground - instead of putting it in the dumpster. They left cigarette butts on the ground. This helped me understand the sign and their violation of the company rules. They blew the power twice and broke the outside electrical outlet. They also broke an outside light. Their power tools were spliced with an orange electrical cord to the power plug installed on the electrical tool. I guess they didn't want to plug their tool into the extension cord all the time so they spliced them together. I had some wood rot that needed to be replaced before the siding was installed. The replacement wood was in the contract that I was charged for. The siding guys were not going to replace it until I notified the Project Manager it was in the contract. The first siding crew installed the siding in such a horrible fashion that it look liked I did it myself. There were a lot of buckles in the siding and there were significant wrinkles in the capping. The Project Manager's boss had the nerve to tell me it was because my home was buckled, which it was not. They also wasted a lot of material that I paid for. For example, if 6' of siding was needed from the 12' piece of siding, this crew would not cut from the very end and have the remaining 6' to use. This crew would cut in the middle. The project manager even dug some useful material out of the dumpster. I waited for almost 2 weeks for the electrical outlet outside to get fixed and after it wasn't fixed, I called an Electrician that fixed it. I requested a different crew because it was just way too much stress and they were not respecting my home. The second siding crew immediately recognized what the issues were, fixed those as best they could, and completed the remainder of the siding installation. There are still some buckles in the siding. of course I was provided an unsatisfactory answer regarding the buckles that are visible as one drives by. The Project Manager's boss said the buckles were because my home was buckled before they started. I was actually offended by that response. My home wasn't buckled before and even if it was, I guess the crew wasn't professional enough to compensate for it. For every defect I point out, the excuse was "your home is defective". I would give the purchasing of a product an A+. I give the windows installation an A+. I give the garage door installation an F. The first siding crew has an F. The second siding crew has an A+. These things together on average, in my estimation, is an overall C- or D+. I give a C since there is no C- or D+. I'm glad the project is over. It started on March 14, 2017 and ended on May 2, 2017. I'm not sure if I would hire this company again, so I put no. This was such a nightmare, I'm not even sure if they will honor the lifetime warranty on workmanship.

Very well. Exovations provided a stress free process. Our project manager, Kent Lang, was especially helpful, answering our questions and providing advice.

Chris Campbell and the crew from Exovations did a fantastic job. Exovations gave us a timeline for the work and stuck to the schedule. They quoted us a price for the work, and the final price was exactly what we had in the contract. The crews arrived as scheduled and cleaned up each day after their work had ended. Mr. Campbell was always available for questions and his crew contacted him whenever they had a question. The process was flawless, and we are very happy with the results. Most of the work was done by Exovations' own employees. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Exovations workers. For the couple of items that needed a subcontractor, I found that Exovations chose very good and knowledgeable subcontractors who also did a great job. We chose Exovations based on past experiences of my wife's co-workers, and we had that same experience. We will definitely use Exovations for future outside renovation projects.

They have a radio commercial telling you that you can get a free roof inspection and not to let other companies trick you into getting a roof and risk losing your home insurance and they will tell you exactly what you need. When I called they told me they do not do inspections. They will give a free quote for a full roof and they do not do repairs. That is not what the commercial on the radio says. I will look for another company. I may need a new roof but I don't want a quote for a roof if they cannot even tell me if I need a new roof.

Exovations was professional, safe, prompt, and did an excellent job on our house. They lived up to their reputation and I have been in construction for 22 years, they are now my preferred single family home exterior specialists.

Our neighbors can't stop telling us how great the house looks. I can't believe the transformation myself. So happy!!!

It took about two weeks for the work to begin because we chose a pre-painted siding and that had to be special ordered. The products arrived and the crew started immediately. Chris Campbell, the project manager, was there to oversee the entire work project. He arrived on the first day and instructed the siding crew. Every person on each crew; the siding guys, the painters and finally the gutter crew were very experienced. Each crew arrived early, usually around 8:00 a.m. and stayed until around 6:30p.m. Every crew was very respectful and there was no loud radio to disturb the neighbors. At the end of the day all work related debris, especially the nails, was cleaned up and put in the dumpster. In order to replace the soffits, the existing gutters had to be removed. That's when we discovered major damage caused by faulty installation of our gutter guards, which had been done by another company. The soffits and some of the house support beams were completely rotted out. Chris immediately addressed the issue because work could not continue. Chris' crew replaced every damaged beam and soffit as well as the fascia board. And we replaced our gutters with the Exovation gutters which are a much better design. The entire job took six days and that included a half day on Saturday. We could not be more pleased . I will definitely recommend Exovations to anyone needing home repair.

In short, it was anxiety and anticipation followed by ahhhh. The anxiety of living with an LP sided home for over twenty years and knowing that I had but three choices: perpetually patch it, completely reside it, or sell it. The anxiety of making the decision to stay in our home followed by the anxiety of finding the contractor to "do it right." The anxiety of going through the bid process and making an honest effort to "compare apples with apples." The anxiety of signing the contract. And then the anticipation: Will they deliver on what they said? Hmmm, maybe that was anxiety too. Fast forward to the completed project: James Hardie siding, Sherwin Williams paint and factory finished gutters with a leaf guard system. Yes, my wife and I bit the bullet hard, and we're glad we did. From our sales associate Josh Bailey to our project manager Chris Campbell and their siding, paint and gutter crews, Exovations delivered a product/service that not only met but in some ways exceeded our expectations. Are they perfect? No, but who is? Are they committed to their respective roles? Absolutely yes. And that commitment shows itself in their finished work, which is when my wife and I heard ourselves saying "Ahhhhhh" to the point of feeling like we had just moved into our better than new home, without ever packing a box....

Excellent crews, super work by Troy Beckam, the PM, crews were meticulous, cleaned up each day, very detail oriented, and did a wonderful job protecting our landscape with prize winning rose bushes everywhere. Accommodated our requests quickly, all in all a super professional job. our sales consultant, Tom Stogsdill, provided the most professional estimate we received, and was the deciding factor on using Exovations. Very happy with the results - house looks better now than when new!

The whole procedure was exactly what I wanted. Chris Campbell was great in his overall supervision, and the installers were obviously very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

These guys were fantastic! Our Sales Consultant, Keith Healy, listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and pointed out things I hadn't even noticed that needed to be done. He understood what we were trying to accomplish and gave us a very competitive quote. Our Project Manager, Chris Campbell, was the greatest. He was on site nearly everyday. As the work progressed, there was some hidden damage that he pointed out and gave us a very reasonable price to fix. I added a few extra bits of work along the way as well, that were priced well below what I expected. Everything went great from the sales person Keith Healy, to the project Manager Chris Campbell. When it was time to start the project, Chris Campbell and his crew were on time ready to work. Chris was always in communication with me. He always asked if there were any questions or concerns along the way. He was there everyday checking in on the work. He also went above and beyond where workmanship was involved. He made sure the crew tidied up before leaving for the day and on the last day we did a walk around the house to make sure every little detail was completed. When the project was finished and they left, they made sure everything was put pack where they found it and it looked as if they were never there...except for the beautiful siding. The siding quality is great! We went from a "spongy" LP siding to HardiPlank siding. The painting of the house and front porch was very detailed and professional. The crew was very clean. I would highly recommend Exovations and project manager Chris Campbell anytime. The 19K was a bit of a swallow for us, but the quality and workmanship was above and beyond money value.

I had multiple quotes. However, the quote from Exovations was the most detailed, and reasonable. Once I accepted the quote, I met with my project manager Chris Campbell. He took a second set of measurements, and explained the timeline. All the workers were polite and professional. They even completed the work a day early. I would definitely consider using them again, and have already referred them to a neighbor.

First they showed up on time. The project manager Chris Campbell said 8:30 and the workers were at my house at 8:30! The workers were done in 2 days! With the size of my house I thought for sure it would take a week but nope, these guys did it without cutting corners and it looks AMAZING. All the other houses are jealous. There were no surprise costs, either. They kept to the budget we agreed to and didn't come up with any goofy excuses to try to charge me more (like the mechanics try to do every time I get an oil change). I have never had a stress free experience before when hiring a company to do work on my house and for that, I have already begun recommending them to my friends and co-workers

They were great, once we agreed on the price and schedule, everything went smoothly. The front door and portico were completed in one day, and the total job was completed in the time frame agreed upon. We didn't stress about any of the process, the workers were on time, cleaned up each day and performed quality work. It was the best contractor experience we have ever had.
