Description of Work: Complete roof replacement, stucco removal and residing. New front porch. Windows fixed. All new soffits and facia. Went great. Showed up every day worked all day cleaned up each day. Total pros. Any issues were addressed and resolved quickly Could not have asked for better service.

Description of Work: They bullied me! Signed contract November 4th and he said it would be done in Dec 26th. Canceled because of rain. They wanted to come out when we had people over for Christmas so we changed it to the 29th which it had already rained for 2 nights. Told them I did not want anything done while everything was muddy. Jim is the project manager and he got really nasty with me. I explained to Tom that my husband had to go to the hospital and the salesman told me they would work around my schedule. The last time we spoke, he told me I do not understand that they need to plan ahead. If the doctors called, we'd had to leave for my husband. Decided to cancel because the company bullied me. ( They were suppose to put on gutter guards.)

Description of Work: They installed custom half round gutters and downspouts in an aged bronze finish. Excellent look and price and they handle much more water than the K style gutters.

Description of Work: Exovations put on a new roof, and installed larger gutters. They assured us that they would fix two problem areas for us and we still haven't had a problem since their repair.

Description of Work: My neighbor done exterior work and they recommended them for exterior remodeling. John / Sales rep came to estimate / bit for whatever we need to be done. He was very nice and professional that meeting and told us to get back within few days for bit. more than week later we never heard back from them, called and left few messages and no returned call, finally sales rep answered call and told us " since having a siding with asbestos they don't have certain license to do that job but will give referral to take care of all" , but he never called us back to give us referral, so we found a licensed asbestos siding removal company and called John to give us a bit, he told us " ok will put together and give you a bit in next few days"….. Off course , he never called us back. We would be appreciate if he just told us " not be able to do the job " so we didn't have to waste time and move on to another contractor who can be professional and be responsible.

Description of Work: The project manager was nice. Fixed rotting moldings and wood on the exterior and repainted the exterior, replaced back door and two windows. |Black paint on metal awnings was blistering within two months, moisture inside new windows, missed rotting wood in screened porch and front pillars. There is new rotting wood in less than two year's time. |Major lack of communication between the manager and the different groups that came in to work. I had to miss a child's performance because the fact that we needed everyone to leave by a certain time was not communicated. The workers were in a position that required the doors to be open. |They have not responded to our requests to look at these things.

Description of Work: Despite multiple phone calls we could never schedule an appointment-the person handling the calendar would not listen about our availabilty

Description of Work: I managed fixing my sister's house after water damage to 1/2 of her house due to a tub overflow. They were fantastic to work with and got everything done and was really cooperative. People that worked with them were all good at what they did and all were very nice to deal with.

Description of Work: We contracted Exovations to provide/install a new roof, garage doors, garage door frames, and garage door openers. We chose them based on reviews/ratings from various sites (incl. their responses to negative reviews received), their professional credentials, and the fact that we could work with one project manager and not multiple contractors. Their bid was not the cheapest but well worth the extra expense. From start to finish their customer service and workmanship was professional and well executed. All appointments and goals were met on time. Our Sales Consultant (Kevin DeWeese) was straight-forward, responsive, and knowledgeable. As another reviewer mentioned, there were no surprises, we were told up front what likely additional costs might arise - and there were none. Our Project Manager (Tony Fricks) was outstanding!! Tony exceeded all of our expectations by providing us with a reasonable timeline, being present and available, and corresponding with us the progress throughout the entire project. Some of the work appeared to be performed by outside contractors but our point of contact was always our Project Manager. Even when we experienced moderate damage to our driveway caused by the dumpster delivery truck, we called Tony and he made sure the repairs were handled in a professional and hassle-free manner. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the Exovations team and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.
