Our house needed a complete exterior renovation, pretty much everything except the roof, and we were starting to get overwhelmed with all the different aspects that needed to be looked into. We interviewed several contractors before deciding to go with Exovations. Our decision was based on several factors. The first good impression was their punctuality. The representative that visited us, Joy Branch came exactly when when had agreed she would and was very professional. She was great in guiding us on what to get done and in giving us advice on topics we weren't too familiar with. She was never pushy, and was always very respectful and understanding of our concerns. She was very patient with our inquiries and decision process. She took very good notes on the work that the house needed and all the other things that we wanted to do and we made a second appointment to get together and discuss the overall price of the work. A couple days later we met again and she brought her estimate. We were pleasantly surprised with the quote and decided to go ahead and hire Exovations. Another thing that I really appreciated of Exovations was their formality in writing and signing their contract. Other contractors gave us written estimates that could hardly qualified as such. Exovations not only provided us with a detailed itemized estimate, but also had a very well written legal contract that made us feel VERY comfortable in doing business with them. They also offered an amazing guarantee on their work, and they didn't require us to pay a penny up front. The complete job would be paid up upon completion and no sooner. I was very pleased. At this point the only down side was that, due to their workload, they couldn't start the work as soon as we would've liked them to. Soon after, Joy called me and informed me that our assigned project manager, Tony Fricks, would meet with me to discuss the schedule and other details. This was another great experience. Tony was right on time and did a review of all the items covered in the contract I had with Joy. After this he gave me a detailed schedule with start date and finish date, and what work would be done when. His instructions were very useful. A few weeks later, just when they said they would, the crew showed up and got to work. The whole crew was very professional as well, very nice and polite. Tony was in constant communication with us making sure we were happy. He even came over more than a couple of times upon request to do a walk through and make sure everything was looking like we expected it to look. I was very impressed when the crew would realize something needed to be done and would just go ahead and do it, because that's how you do things right. Our gutters were replaced completely although our contract only specified replacing the downspouts. A couple window sills were rotted and could not be painted that way. Our contract did not include replacing the sills, but the crew decided to do it anyway. Also, they were not required to re-paint the interior of the house in the areas where the window installation affected the walls, but they did that regardless as well. Any incidents that occurred were taken care of immediately (for example, a little bit of paint was spilled on the carpet, an existing window was cracked, paint was slightly scratched. And all these incidents were reported to us and taken care of immediately. The whole project was delivered right on time. Tony did a final walk through with us and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. Thank you Joy and Tony for your excellent work and professionalism! I would recommend Exovations in a heartbeat, and I would consider them my only option if I ever had to get any similar work done.
Description of Work: We bought a house in June of 2011 and it needed several things done in the exterior. All siding needed to be replaced as well as all the fascia, gutters , window sills, garage door and trim. We also wanted to build a portico and renovate our screened porch, with new screens and beadboard ceiling. One of our windows (the bathroom window) also needed to be replaced. We wanted casement windows installed. We started looking for contractors to do this work but most could only do parts of it (siding and portico but not windows, screened porch and portico but no siding, etc.). The few that could do it all were very pricey and others didn't even respond in a timely manner.

They have so far been great. They haven’t done the work as yet but they haven’t done the project as yet. The whole process leading to the sales, project management and everything so far has been great. We started this process in September and we have really dragged our feet on making a decision. The quote was for $3000. They just seemed like a professional outfit and they seemed professional. They had a good price though they were a little on the higher end. I liked the way the sales process, estimating, quoting and follow up went.

It's not very often that I make a recommendation for a company or a contractor I have used, but I found a great home improvement company that I'd like to recommend to anyone who needs the type of services I have identified above. My wife and I are very happy with their products and the outstanding service they provided and I highly recommend them. They really know how to take care of their customer which is hard to find these days. I met with three or four different contractors to get estimates and an idea of the people I would be turning my home over to. My sales consultant Joy impressed us right from the get go with her knowledge, professionalism, and understanding of what we wanted. Joy made some excellent recommendations that I had not considered nor had any of the other vendors I had met. She was never pushy and I felt she was genuinely interested in providing us the best value and long term benefits of a home renovation when it came time to sell our home. I started out with the idea of only replacing my siding and ended up with new and bigger gutters, a badly needed replacement garage door, a new patio door that had rotted trim work on the outside, and new shutters and painted windows all around the house. My project manager Jim came out to meet me shortly after and did a complete review of the proposed work and validated the materials necessary to complete the job. Jim provided me with an implementation schedule that was adhered to except for a few days of a rain delay. He worked with me on each request or question I had about the work and never came across as defensive or looking for a way not to comply. In fact it was just the opposite, he typically did what we asked for and it usually meant doing more with no added expense. I never got the standard "that is going to be extra" response from Jim or Joy. The entire experience was a pleasure and the exterior of our home looks better today than it did when we moved in 16 years ago. I would also like to mention that craftsmanship of the Excavations siding installers. Every piece of siding was installed per manufacturers guidelines and they also went out of their way to make recommendation to maximize the appearance of the siding based on their years of installation experience. We are very happy with the work Excavations did for us and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 sides of my home with Hardie Color Plus siding including the 120 feet of band around the entire house, installed 8 new shutters on the front windows of my home (front of home is brick); installed new Wayne Dalton garage door, repainted about 32 windows on my home including sills and all sash work, installed a new energy efficient door from my family room to our elevated deck, and removed old gutters and down spouts and installed new 6 inch gutters & downspouts around the entire home.

Our salesman, Chad Reis was informative and helpful from the get go. He was willing to do whatever it took to get our business and then when the Project mgr Tony Fricks came out to go over the job before it began, he answered our questions, walked us through what would be done and when and all this is in writing as well. We had a wonderful experience from the time the work began until it ended and think Tony and his crew did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: We had our deck replaced, new windows, repair work to front of our house and painting. We found that each area of work was done professionally and with care and quality. Our PM, Tony Fricks was awesome. He was on top of everything that was going on and returned our calls with any concerns, etc. We would recommend and use Exovations again. This is a top notch company with excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.

After consulting with our representative, he did review the conditions of your job with our Construction Manager and drafted a proposal. However, he somehow neglected to contact to you to review the proposal. No excuse. Total FAIL on our part. I apologize for any inconvenience we caused. The President of the company sends a follow up email to every person every representative sees the day after their appointment. The email includes these 3 questions: 1) Was our consultant on time, friendly, and professional? 2) Was our consultant knowledgeable and educational? 3) Did our consultant provide an acceptable solution and written proposal? We strive to make sure this doesn't ever happen. We appreciate every opportunity to earn someone's business.

After consulting neighbors, Kudzu, Angie's List, and others, and having four companies give estimates, I hired Exovations. Their price was the highest, but I felt most comfortable with them as a large company compared to the only other painter with which I felt comfortable - an individual. Throughout it all, Exovations was professional and communicated in a timely manner. And their Web site is thorough, even allowing me to use PayPal. The crew worked very hard for hours and hours. They finished on time. I hear every job like this has a punch list. Ours did, too. However, I feel some items should not have been on the punch list in the first place. They include sanding and repainting areas where old paint was flaking, replacing a cornice because the repair job they did looked terrible, and cleaning window panes after making them dirty in the normal course of work. This last item was especially disappointing. The outside window panes of the house were clean when Exovations arrived. They did not clean them when done. Nor would they clean them when asked on the punch list, saying they don't clean windows. Speaking of windows, Exovations did not clean the storm windows or the opposite windows even though that was in the contract. When given this on the punch list, the end result was that they cleaned the windows badly. I had to show them the bad work, have them try again, and even give them my own window cleaning gear because theirs was not effective. Finally, there are the little things that the project manager said I was "pretty particular" about but for which I disagree. Examples include the following, which make me wonder whether to recommend Exovations to others: You know how you paint in a gap between two pieces of wood that aren't flush with one another by painting thicker than on the surface? Exovations didn't. When presented with ground cover, do you try to avoid stepping on the plants as much as possible? Exovations didn't. Follow-up to provider's response: The same day the company responded here, a construction manager called to look at things with me. When he came over, he agreed with everything I said, saying it all should have been done in the first place, and scheduled a day to fix it all. He also said if my plants die, they will replace them. Their follow-up work was to sand and paint two areas where they had simply painted over flaking paint, to clean storm windows per the original contract, and to clean window panes they made dirty in the normal course of work (he said they should always completely clean windows they work with). After their follow-up work, the flaking areas still show old flakes, but not as bad. They did paint over them thick enough to cover them adequately. The flaking isn?t as bad, but it obviously was not sanded smooth. All the storm windows but one are now clean, with the one not clean having been worked on, but not well. All the window panes were cleaned well. I thought I would receive a follow-up phone call after this, but didn?t. After talking with numerous homeowners, I conclude my original review and ratings should stand as is.
Description of Work: Paint over all exterior painted surfaces of the house. Clean the inside of large, screwed-in storm windows removed for the job and the outside of the permanent panes of glass they covered.

I liked their customer service. They really kept me abreast of what was going on each day. Most of the deck was finished. We didn't contract to have it stained or anything like that because we had to wait for some time to have it stained. They finished the deck, but they left a lot of little holes and stuff in it. They also didn't sand it down, so it still seems a little rough. I think they could have finished it all the way through.
Description of Work: We used Exovations to redo our deck. They removed the stairs, repaired the boards and railings.

Thank you for your review. I am not clear as to why the wood would have holes or need to be sanded. Decking material should be finish grade and not require any sanding. I will have our Construction Manager call you to schedule a time to inspect these issues and resolve them to your satisfaction.

My home had simulated wood siding, installed in 1988, that has been the subject of several class action law suits. I finally decided to have it all replaced with something else (it's no longer manufactured). Exovations had done several roofing and window replacement jobs in my neighborhood. The neighbors were pleased so I contacted Exovations. I was plesantly surprised by the price. They did the job thoroughly, quickly and professionally. The new HardiePlank siding looks great. They also handled the few problems uncovered when the old siding was removed without gouging me for additional charges.
Description of Work: Replace old simulated wood siding with HardiePlank over the entire exterior of the house.

Their professionalism stands out, but they also really worked with me on the price. I liked them during the sales process, but they were not originally the lowest price. During negotiations I told them I like them, but that they needed to be more competitive. They were able to work on the price to make it reasonable for me to go ahead and use them. They didn't end up being the exact lowest, but I just needed them to be more competitive; and they worked on that. They came across as wanting my business as well.

Our experience with Exovations was the best experience I have ever had with a company. They did everything right. Joy Branch was our sales person - we were so impressed with her professionalism, her suggestions and enthusiasm for our project, her quick response with our appointment and then our estimate. Tony Fricks was our project manager. He was always available to us and quick to response to questions. He managed the project and it was completed earlier than scheduled. He accommodated a change in the schedule due to a personal conflict we had - it didn't phase him (although I'm sure it made scheduling his workers' time more of a challenge). The work crews kept the work site completely clean. When the window work was done, they were very careful to protect my furniture, floors, rugs and cat. My only wish is that Exovations also did INTERIOR work. I would have them back in a heartbeat!

Being a recent subscriber to Angie's list I was a little skeptical about what I might find. But I knew I needed to replace my siding and gutters because of the poor quality currently on the house. Given the large expected expenditure I wanted to get other people's advice/opinion/experience with Atlanta providers. Given the incredibly poor job of installation and product used on my 10 year old home I was concerned that I would not be able to find a solid company to meet my needs and expectations. I contacted 3 companies based on Angie's recommendation. Each company was professional and prompted in getting back to me in a timely fashion. Joy from Exovations stood out as the person who seemed most knowledgeable and interested in my need. So when the estimates started to roll in I expected Exovations to be at the higher end. Turns out they came in with the lowest bid (not by lots but the lowest nonetheless). Given the quote I received I decided to do more than the siding and added new gutters and a new front window to the list of updates. Once I decided to retain Exovations they sent out Josh as the project manager. I ran through the punch list with him on the items to be updated. The job began on 4/8/2011 with the installation of the new window and was completed with the final brush stroke on 4/18/2011. The siding crew was out on time and done in 2+ days. I was very impressed with how much better the house looked when they were done. The attention to detail was much appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves each night and at the end. They installed soffits, vents and replaced rotten wood. They neatly re-attached the cable wires and etc. when they were done. I was very please. Next was the gutter crew. They came to my home on 4/15 the night which happened to be the night of a very bad storm. They installed all the gutters before the storm arrived. The difference the gutters made in just less noise alone made them worth the price. What a difference plus they look so much better. I'm anxious to see how they perform over time. Lastly the painters arrived on 4/18. I expected them for a couple of days but they competed all the work after a long day. The house looks fabulous. I'm very pleased and impressed with the work and project management of Exovations. I highly recommend them to others and have already convinced a friend of my to retain them too.
Description of Work: Exovations provided the following services: * Installed Hardiplank siding on 3 sides and rebuilt the from frame to my front window * Installed seamless gutters around the house * Wrapped the house in a protective barrier * Pressure washed and painted the house

They were excellent. I was very comfortable with this company. I received other estimates from several other companies, and I thought Exovations' pricing, in this area, was extremely fair for the quality of the gutters. Also, other companies tagged on an extra 20 feet of unnecessary gutter. They use a manufacture that warranties these gutters for life, and the color of the gutters for 20 years. If the gutters become clogged, they will clean them at the manufacture of the gutter guard's expense. Also, their painters/roofers solely works for Exovations, which I think is a plus. Everything seemed to be very above board for this company. I'm happy with their services.

Joy Branch came to the house for the initial estimate and did a great job explaining the products. She was knowledgeable about and completely supportive of the company?s products and was able to offer insight as we made decisions. She did a good job of listening to our desires and budget restrictions and made recommendations accordingly. Joy was prompt in returning to our home with our estimate and was able to make adjustments in order to satisfy our needs. She knew we were interviewing other companies and stayed in touch without being pushy. We were surprised that Joy was one of only two of the five roofing companies we interviewed who followed up with us. Again, the customer service helped in our decision making process. Jim McCulluch is the project manager in charge of our project. We have almost finished the entire project and have been pleased with his management. I had to reiterate and clarify a couple of key details during the final planning meeting, but I was satisfied when he left that the project was in good hands. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to schedule the work and even more surprised that it was completed almost exactly as promised. Good weather helped, but the crews completed the work as we were told they would: 1.5 days for the roof and 2 full days for the windows, door, shutters, and gutters. The only piece that was not in place at the end of the planned work time was the shutters, which were delivered one day late and were hung within 30 minutes (the installer was here waiting when the delivery truck arrived with the shutters). The roofing crew did a great job. With the exception of needing 2 additional pieces of plywood to repair the roof deck, the job went exactly as we expected it to. The crew was careful to protect our landscaping and did a thorough job cleaning up. We love the look of the new roof and are confident that it was installed well. The windows were installed equally well. The crew did quick and thorough work and paid attention to detail. The caulk lines are virtually invisible and they cleaned the windows well, making the process exciting and as painless as possible. Our only complaint about the window installation process is in the clean-up. They picked up all of the obvious debris and did a quick visual sweep for garbage, but there were many small pieces of metal trim and old screws on the ground after they left. The windows work beautifully and look outstanding. The only glitch in the process was in the manufacturing of the giant picture window in the front of the house. There is some noticeable residue between the layers of glass in two areas. When I showed this to Jim after the installation, he agreed immediately that it was unsatisfactory and has reordered the window. While we were somewhat concerned about how this would be handled, we are currently pleased that Jim is handling the situation as he should and Exovations is living up to their great reputation. I will follow up with this report when the entire job is completed (see update below). The gutters went up quickly and look great. You really don?t notice them, which is how gutters should be, in our opinion. They were tested today by their first rainfall and seemed to do well. We?ll have to wait until fall to see how the leaf guard system works. The sliding glass door is great quality and looks good. It was not aligned perfectly at first, but Jim made a simple adjustment to the lock and fixed the problem easily. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Exovations and would look to them both for our own future needs as well as recommend them to others. UPDATE: A satisfactory new picture window was finally installed in September, a full SIX (6) months after the original work was done. During that time, we were shown 3-4 windows, which also had defects and were unsatisfactory. The installers who came to our home with the windows said that there had been several other defective windows that they had rejected in their own warehouse without bothering to tell us about them. While Jim McCulluch was initially good about contacting us about the status of the replacement window, he ultimately dropped the ball in handling the situation. He tried to hand the instillation job off to the manufacturing company, who had no real understanding what we were dealing with. He did not tell his supervisor about the difficulties we were having and made no additional efforts that were visible to us to make sure the job was handled correctly. Each time someone was scheduled to install the window, Jim said he would "try to show up" and never did, nor did he ever call to see how the instillation had gone. He was always surprised to hear from me that things were still not fixed. In the end, we were told that the factory that had been making the defective windows was finally at the end of their contract and we were given a window made in another facility which produced higher quality windows. The instillation was finally completed by Exovations after we contacted Joy Branch yet again (we had to return to her 2-3 times during this process to try to move things along) and she finally handed the situation over to the owner of the company. Jim McCulluch's supervisor handled the instillation nicely and we were given a $50 gift card for dinner and a personal apology from the owner of the company. While we were pleased to have the company acknowledge their shortcomings, it was too little too late and we will not be using this company for any future work on our house, as we once planned. If you choose to use Exovations, and especially Jim McCulluch, be sure to stay carefully on top of things from the beginning to the end and do not hesitate to go further up in management if things are not handled to your satisfaction.
Description of Work: We hired Exovations to install 23 vinyl replacement windows (Vista brand; top end, double pane), 2 new pairs of shutters, a new sliding glass door, new roof (with new ridge vent), and gutters. Exovations’ individual prices on the roof and windows were very competitive with the other most reputable companies that we interviewed. We ultimately decided to go with Exovations because they were able to offer the best overall package, use top quality products, and offer good customer service. We also wanted to keep all of our projects with the same company since they have such a strong reputation. Our hope is to use Exovations’ services for new vinyl siding in the future. UPDATE- after our difficulties getting the large picture window replaced, we will not be using this company in the future (See below)

The estimate process was quite painless. They walked us through exactly what needed to be done and provided a written estimate on the spot. The crew showed up around 7am, removed the old gutters and had the new larger gutters and downspouts installed the same day. We had a very heavy rain several weeks after the new gutters were installed and it was quite pleasant to sit and watch them not overflow water all over our deck and down on our foundation. I will certainly call them for other services the offer as I need them in the future.
Description of Work: Remove and replace all home gutters and downspouts. We had some serious gutter overrun issues when it rained. Water poured off the roof into the gutters and they could not handle the load.

Very professional from the beginning. I received an email AND call from Exovations within a day of submitting my quote request. Wayne Blount came out and gave us an estimate. The price was a little high for my taste at first but he was willing to match my next highest bid which was the most comparable to the materials and service. He made sure to include the code required drip edge for our county in the estimate and suggested a cricket for the chimney to reduce the build up of leaves and debris where the roof met the chimney chase. Wayne was prompt and thorough and explained how the process would work. Tony Fricks was assigned as our project manager and he came out a couple weeks prior to the job starting to walk the roof and make sure there wouldn't be any surprises. We chose our roof color and Tony set a start date and also let us know when the dumpster and materials would be delivered (Friday before the Monday install). Unfortunately, the night before the install, Atlanta was hit with a serious snow and ice storm which delayed the job one week (no fault to Exovations). But they still kept in communication and let me know that we were next once weather permitted. The crew showed up first thing Monday morning and was very friendly. The site supervisor, Jessica spoke English as did most of the crew. They laid a tarp around the perimeter of the house to collect the debris. At the end of the day, they unfortunately found they were 2-3 squares short and had to schedule to finish 2 days later. However, the materials were in earlier than expected and they returned the next day and completed the job. Their cleanup was fantastic! You can't even tell they were here (except for the fine looking roof!). During the first day after they had stripped off the old roof, Tony, the project manager arrived to consult with me on how many deck boards would have to be replaced due to rot. Unfortunately, we had 11 (which shows what a lousy job the previous contractor had done 13 years prior) but we knew what the price was going in for each board ($45) which is fair. They used true 1/2 inch plywood decking and NOT wafer board. Before they installed the roof, they nailed down and secured EVERY board on my roof. I just got down from my roof today to walk it myself and it is the most solid it has ever felt. Tony came out 3 days later to do the final walk through/walk around, pick up the left over materials and get paid. It was a painless process (except having to write a big check - haha) and it is a very good feeling to have a functioning, good looking roof that is backed by the installing company this time. Exovations wasn't the cheapest, but the confidence they gave me in the company and their work led me to contract with them. Having walked the roof myself today to see the work close up, I am very happy. I will definitely recommend to others and will plan on using them for other exterior work as I need it.
Description of Work: Re-roof (1973 split level, 4:12 roof pitch - 2 sections). Tore off old roof, replaced rotted decking, corrected a rafter defect to level out a section of the roof and installed a cricket at the chimney. GAF Timberland Architectural shingles and 30 year roof system (Cobra Vent).

From my first meeting with Exovation's estimator, Joy, to the submission of their estimate, and from the project meeting with the project manager, Josh, to the project completion and "walk around" the entire process was flawless. Everyone associated with Exovations from their employees to their contractors were extremely capable craftsmen and extremely professional. I had three companies bid on the project to replace the siding on my home. Two companies I met at the Atlanta home show this past fall. Exovations I contacted after hearing their radio ads. All three companies provided reasonable bids, with Exovations bid being close to the lowest bid. After researching the companies on Angie's List and contacting references, I decided to use Exovations (their bid was approximately 10% higher than the lowest bidder, and almost 20% lower than the highest bid). Exovations' estimator, Joy, was a pleasure to work with. As my wife and I continued to throw "what if we do this" scenarios at her, she responded professionally and timely in every case. Once we finalized our decision, I was contacted by Exovations to schedule a meeting with their project manager, Josh. During our meeting, Josh fully explained what would happen step by step. Josh's explanation was dead on (other than delays due to the weather). Josh also worked with us on some small changes we wanted to the job. Josh was helpful and made arrangements for our changes (added new shutters to the front of the house). Exovations' crews worked diligently everyday they were on the job site. I never had to be concerned whether or not a crew would show up to work. On the occasions a crew would not be on the site as scheduled, Josh would call me ahead of time and let me know. The only times the crews were not on the job were due to the inclement weather we had during this project (rain, freezing temps, snow). If the weather forecast was for inclement weather the crews always made certain the house was protected from the weather. As an example, I was having a new window installed. The crew had cut out for the window, but did not have time to fully frame in the window before daylight ended. The crew made a temporary frame-in installed the window, and then when they returned, pulled the window, framed it in correctly and then reinstalled. This extra work never showed up on any bill, its just what they do -- the job right. A further example of their professionalism was that everyday once the work for the day was completed, the crews would pickup and cleanup. There was never any mess or equipment, or trash left laying around at the end of the day. Throughout the project, Josh kept me informed of any "issues" they encountered and his recommendation to correct. Every suggestion was appropriate for resolution of the issue, and there were never any "manufactured" issues or "over-the-top" suggestions for resolution. Josh was a ultimate professional and a very knowledgeable construction manager. Once the project was completed, and we had finished our walk through, it was time to settle up. I was a bit apprehensive, concerned with the cost of the solutions to the unexpected issues. However, the apprehension was short lived, as the final bill was as originally explained with minimal and reasonable expense for the additional work to repair the discovered issues. NO SURPRISES!!! I would use Exovations again without hesitation and fully recommend them.

Terry Brooks quoted the job. He was pleasant, helpful, and not pushy. Jim McCullaugh was project manager. Both were professional . . . no hedging . . . did what they contracted to do. Jim was not hard to contact at any time, and was immediately responsive when I found a rotted window sill was not replaced . . . it was quickly replaced. Crews arrived on time and got the job done efficiently. Job was done without cutting corners. Workers were professional. Final results were as expected . . . no surprises. I would call them again.

Exovations was recommended by 2 people in my neighborhood who used them for new windows. My sales person was Kevin. He did a great job and was very patient with me. He took very detailed notes and took measurements as well. I had a lot of work to do, a lot of questions and he provided me with several quotes - individual for each item, groups of different items and everything together. He told me that their prices were on the high end, but that the quality of their work was extremely high. I got 3 quotes and Exovations was the lowest. Kevin was not a cheesy sales person, he did not pressure me any, and he provided me with information (unbiased pros & cons) so I could make the most informed decision that was best for my situation and family. He followed up several times to my questions. It took me some time to make a decision to have Exovations do everything. Josh was my Project Manager. He came out and did a walk through to verify the quote, the notes and to see everything for himself first hand. Josh then planned and scheduled the installation. Everything happened when he said it would. He came by every day or called to touch base with me and the various teams - there was a window & door team, a siding team, a gutter team, a garage door team and a painting & sealing team. All of the teams were awesome. They did great work. They addressed all of my concerns and questions to my satisfaction. Josh made sure that my plantation shutters fit correctly. Josh talked with me when the teams found hidden issues that needed to be addressed - I dealt with a roofing company previously before I knew about Angie's List that covered up hidden issues. There were no surprises. I did a lot of research to find Exovations and they met all of my expectations. They were pleasant to deal with and I felt like they cared about my house as much as I did. They even went above my expectations by Power Washing my patio. I am very impressed with Exovations, including Kevin and Josh and their various teams. I highly recommend them. I plan to call them in the future when my house needs any exterior work. I wish I had known that they did roofs the year before.
Description of Work: I got new siding, new windows - half with new frames & sashes and half with just new sashes, new doors and frames in the back, new gutters and new garage door. I had my house painted - new siding, front stucco, doors & windows and shudders. My deck was also sealed.

Used another competitive vendor(s)over this company for the prices and quality of work. The salesperson named Eric Gunter. He was very gentleman and pleased to work with on our overall projects we were looking into for the prices and quality. Very professional and explained in the details and brought samples of work we asked for. We would contact him again for other projects if the prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: Requested an estimated quote for painting exterior, window replacement (norot windows (PVC)) and carpentry work around the house.

We called for an estimate on our siding and they were very prompt with a response. However, we had to tend to a fail HVAC unit and the siding project in on hold.

The good: - They were the only company that we could find in Atlanta that was willing to install and finish wood replacement windows. This was a big deal for us, as there were multiple companies that simply wasted our time by showing up and bringing their vinyl window sales pack after our clear indication that we didn't want vinyl windows. - The installation, painting, and cleaning crews were all great. Very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. This was a major plus. The bad: - My one complaint is that not all of the windows are perfectly sealed. One of the windows I had them come out multiple times to fix the seal, and it is still not shimmed enough. You can eventually get it to close if you goof around with it enough, but if it were shimmed more then you wouldn't have to.
Description of Work: Exovations installed ~30 wood replacement windows in my house. They removed the old windows and primed/painted the replacements
