Excellent work by this group from start to finish. The sales process with Wayne was great. He treated the meeting as a consultation, not a sales call. Wayne did a great job of listening to our goal for the project and made sure his company came back with exactly what we were looking for on our project. The benefit of a dedicated project manager is huge. Tony did a great job of making sure the project stayed on schedule and also ensured that the concerns we expressed before the project started were considered and protected. The job we were after was not easy. The porch had existing brick arches that we wanted screened in order to match the original design of the house. The crew was able to match the arches perfectly with both the frame and the screens. In addition, the painters were top notch leaving behind an incredible paint job and nothing else. If you are looking for custom work, don't settle for any contractor. Call Exovations and have the job done how you want, for a good price and great quality.

As I said above we just met with them for an estimate. We have not decided yet when we will be having the work done and we are still gathering information.

All contact with Exovations personnel was very professional. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They spoke with me for some time about exactly what I wanted for each project (front porch, deck, and roof). They offered suggestions and recommendations, and I did not feel that they were encouraging me to pick the priciest products. Their recommendations seemed to be based on the type of house I have and the choices I'd made for the design. They showed up on time and did the work, and the work area was always tidy. Everything was picked up at the end of the day. That doesn't mean the area was spotless, it was a construction area after all, but it wasn't a dangerous place to walk around. The project manager communicated with me while construction was going on. I'm really pleased with the results. The changes to the front porch made it so much more inviting, and the new deck is exactly what I wanted. The roof looks great, too, and I'm really happy with it. I would recommend Exovations to anyone.

Joy and Jim were great to work with. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they performed. They were always prompt, accurate and did what they promised. Also Joy and Jim I am very sorry I am just now getting to this review I absolutely forgot to do it. Joy and Jim were two of the nicest people I have ever worked with.

We are very pleased with the work we had done. The old siding, soffit and facia were removed and replaced with new Certainteed Weatherboard siding. The entire house was then pressure washed and the new siding painted with Sherwin Williams paint.

Ms. Branch was a "Joy" to deal with. She was professional and very knowledgeable in describing the work that was to be performed. She was always reachable by phone. Her estimate was "right on" accurate, with a slight adjustment upward due to some needed additional supplies. The work itself took two weeks to complete and Jim McCulloch got the job finished right on schedule, November 30th! The workers left the area free of any old debris or un-used supplies. When completed, the entire project was a visual transformaton of a worn, weather-beaten exterior into a beautifully-done home with promising curb appeal. I would NOT hesitate to call Exovations again for any additional work when needed, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone requesting outdoor repairs or repainting on their house!

Mr. Wayne Blount, Exovations sales representative, met with us to discuss the changes we wanted to make. As we walked around the house, he made notes regarding our desires, preliminary measurements and made some helpful suggestions. We then sat at our kitchen table and he discussed Exovations the company (which we knew about thanks to their comprehensive website), the renovation process and specific information regarding the materials (siding, windows, doors, etc.). We were actually surprised when the estimate came in lower than we anticipated, so we signed the contract. We were also grateful for Mr. Blount's thoroughness and no-pressure sales approach. Shortly after Mr. Blount's visit, the project manager, Charlie Whitfield visited to make detailed measurements and provide a schedule for completion of the project. Shortly thereafter, the materials were delivered and the project began. There was an issue with the first work crew not showing up when they were supposed to, however, the crew was promptly replaced and the work continued. (Mr. Whitfield later explained that the initial crew was "auditioning" for Exovations and had lost their opportunity to become a part of the company.)Except for delays due to extra siding being needed from the factory (a custom order) and limited access to the house during an out-of-town trip on our part, the project was completed within the time frame (a little more than two weeks) that Mr. Whitfield had indicated. For their part, their EXcellent work deserves an OVATION from us. Problems occuring during the project were mimimal and handled in a timely fashion. We are extremely pleased with the results of the project and feel confident in recommending these professionals to others needing similar services.

I gained a great deal of ideas from our conversation but it will be years before I can tackle any of them financially. Most unfortunately, I had paid for a coupon for them to do an architectural drawing, but that is useless to me since I can't possibly afford the work. I wasted that money. Nevertheless, I still love the company. I have no doubt their work is quality and their employees the best of professionals. I hope I can afford them when the time comes for remodeling; they'll definitely be asked for a bid.

I contacted Exovations for exterior painiting which included replacement of most of brick molding around windows and some siding. The service included pressure washing, wood replacement, and painting. Exovations worked with me every step of way from Eric who provided all estimates, to my Project Manager Jim Schuster who ensure they met every step and made this very painless and exciting to look forward to. When I went into panic about color of shutters, Jim came right out to ensure me it was not the color being used and had them while he was there paint a shutter to ensure the color was what I was lookiing for. My outsdie looks awesome and my neighbors are now jealous. I will be using Exovations again for my fence and roof and would recommend them to anyone looking for house renovaations. They truely are professionals.

Exovatiion crew was very professional. They arrived promptly every day and were very hard wroking, We found an issue with flashing that was leaking, causing damage to the roof and siding, Their roofers came immediately to repair and worked into the evening so that they wouldn't delay the painting crew the next day, The job was done on time and in budget. I highly recommend these folks.

Terry came out and drew up and amazing plan for our new deck to include a Big Green Egg cooking area for my husband as well as hot tub and relaxing area. Jim executed it on time and as described, A++++

I contacted Exovations for a free estimate. I was immediately provided with an appointment for one week later. I also received an email confirming my appointment which I thought was very professional. Joy Branch came to my home the following week (showed up on time) and provided a detailed estimate that was very specifics down to the type and thickness of wood, type of materials, brand of door and Sherwin WIlliams paint that they would be used. After providing her estimate, she advised me that they will match any reputable estimate I received from other vendors if I was interested in doing business with them. Additionally she told me that they do NOT expect ANY payment until the job is 100% complete and I am completely satisfied. I was so elated at her professionalism and how they demonstrate that they are confident that I would be 100% satisfied. I worked with Joy over 2 days to provide her with the lowest estimate I received. Exovations was not originally the lowest but they absolutely DID match the lowest offer I received. It saved me $4,000 off the cost of the project. Once I agreed to have them complete the renovation, she assigned me a project manager - Jim McCulloch. Jim showed up on time for our preconstruction meeting on time and provided me with the detailed list of all the different steps of the screen room installation INCLUDING the dates I could expect each of these things to occur. They were organized enough to provide me with the date the dumpster would be delivered. I was also impressed that they provided me with an access/account on their website where I could get updates on the progress of my project 24 hours a day. SO CONVENIENT. The project took about a week longer than expected to complete because the Cobb County inspector delayed the job with some request to rewire, use different materials at the bottom of the knee wall and recaulk a few things. Jim, project manager, was readily available every day of the project. Even when he was called out of town because his father passed, Jim was still in touch and working on my behalf. I am so pleased at the completed look of my screen room. I use it every single day! They made this process completely enjoyable and it is so nice to see that there are companies who stand behind their name, the products they use and there are NO subcontractors!

I first used Exovations back in March of this year for an extensive remodel of our home that we were moving into. When I was ready to have the Sun Room remodeled, it was a no brainer, I knew exactly whom to contact. I contacted Terry and he set up a time and came out and went over all the options and suggestions and then had me a quote the same day and we were ready-set-go! I told Terry that the only stipulation that I had was that I wanted Jim M. as my project manager. Of course, Terry had already anticipated this as they work extremely well together - kind of like brothers ( Jim being the much younger one ). You need to see my review from March of this year as I could write a book on the quality of this company. These guys are true craftsman and perfectionist! The way they have everything set up - makes it go seamless! From start to finish, my project manager, Jim is on it! He makes sure that everything is done according to schedule and more importantly - that it is done right and of top quality! All of the crews know what he expects and they deliver - the crew was absolutely fantastic! They kept an organized work area cleaned up each day and were very careful around plants shrubs, etc. Ya know, it is hard to find this type of quality now days but you will have it with Exovations. Just look at all the reviews and you will know that this is the company that you want. A big thanks for a job extremely well done to Jim, Terry, & the crew.

They did good quality work. The price we agreed to was what they charged. There were no surprises and we were happy with the results. They cleaned up after themselves and they were on time.

Everyone was great. Nice and easy to work with. DId everything when they said they would and on budget with wonderful results. I highly recommend for any home improvements and would use them again.

-The old siding has been slowly showing more and more wear and tear. This year something had to be done, at least to several areas. We had 3 companies come out and look at the siding and give us their advice and estimates. It ranged from one that said to replace siding on several large areas to one that said replace everything. Looking at the whole picture, Exovations was not the lowest estimate, but gave us Angie's List discount and impressed us with the detailed plan of how each step would be done, how long it would take, product information, warranty information, etc. Their staff took a lot of time in person to review the work they would do. The timetable they gave us, they kept. Work crews were very professional throughout. The house looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the siding and the painting. When we unexpectedly needed to tweak the schedule due to an emergency, they went above and beyond to help us out. We would recommend Exovations highly.

Very positive experience. Katie was very helpful and patient in working with our budget on the initial estimate. No high pressure Sales. Jim the project manager delivered what was promised in the schedule promised and for the price estimated. Project involved a number of different subcontractors and the coordination and timing was excellent. Exovations did a great job on a fairly complex project and really transformed the exterior look of our house. Would definitely recommend their services.

This is my second review of Exovations. We had them back to do the staining on the large back deck and front porch plus pergola that they built for us. We're definitely just as happy with this job as we were the first time. The deck and porch look stunning. Our jobs have been handled by Terry Brooks and Jim McCulloch, and I hope all future work we have them do will be as well.

They were really good. They were very organized, and very professional.

The main issue is that they cost me an entire month because of the process of getting an appointment, (one week wasted) then waiting for the estimate which never came. When I called, they acted as though we had never spoken, and no one ever followed up or took interest in my project. It seemed like they were covering up the bungled attempt to hide it from management.

I was rather unimpressed. They weren't very thorough in their proposal, so I went with another company for the job. Furthermore, they never followed up with me after the initial visit.

The person who gave the quote was very nice and professional, and I was very impressed with the company itself. However, we chose to go with another company for the work.

They were on time, professional, and delightul, but I decided that the job was just too small for them.

Everything went well, but we decided to postpone the project.
