I am new to the Alpharetta area, so I went to the Sherwin Williams paint store off McGinnis Ferry Rd looking for samples. I asked the employees in there who I should use for my job. They suggested Dennis Cronin for the job, so I called him to come over to see the job and give me a quote. From the very first meeting to the very last meeting, he was an extremely nice and professional person. Throughout the job, Dennis came to check on the progress and to see if there were any issues he needed to address. We are extremely happy with the results and would suggest him to anyone looking for a company to paint their house.

Dennis was awesome to work with on our house painting project. If you want someone who goes above and beyond with communication, honesty and excellent work, then you will want to contact his company for an estimate. I interviewed a couple of other companies for painting our home, and it is amazing how Dennis was so different in that he gave me more for the money AND stayed in contact during the entire process. His crew did a great job with painting the outside of our stucco home and when my daughter saw how wonderful everything was with our experience, she contracted him to paint the interior offices where she works in Roswell as an interior designer. We will only use Dennis' company again in the future for our painting projects. No need to look elsewhere!

Cronin Painting was extremely professional from the first contact through the entire project. Dennis, the owner, kept us informed several times per day regarding the progress and any things we needed to do for the following day such as leaving windows unlocked. He also went beyond the call of duty by watering some plants for us and offering to let our dogs out during the day. His crew was very polite and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Dennis came several times per day to verify they were proceeding as planned. When it was time to walk the house to complete a "punch list" at the end, there was nothing on the list because he tracked his crew throughout the job. Dennis was also able to suggest several other companies in our area for other projects we need to complete. Pricing was not the lowest estimate we received, but my husband and I believe you get what you pay for. We have been burned many times (we also own rental properties) with lowest bid contractors, and we now subscribe to the idea it is better to pay a slightly higher price to get a company who takes pride in their work and has true expertise. We felt the quality and value is an A+ with this company. We would absolutely call Dennis again and we plan to use him for some interior painting in the future.

This is the first time we've used Cronin Painting and would definitely use them again. The job went very well. We felt confidence in Dennis Cronin from the time he gave us the estimate, and were pleased that he was personally there several times a day to oversee the job, and paid particular attention to the details. Dennis and his team are true professionals. The really did an excellent job with prep work compared to painters we've had in the past. And all of the repairs, painting and staining were exceptional. They took special care to protect our landscaping and cleaned up the job site daily. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely Fabulous. We called and got several quotes for this service. Dennis has a great attitude. He did what he said he would do. They also made sure to taped and cover everything up. They were done in two days. He even sent a color specialist to my wife to go over some colors; he even paid for that person to come, too. Our house is beautiful now. He also recommended some other people for my service needs and they were fabulous, too. Dennis is honest, has integrity, is a Veteran, and overall a very nice guy. We are very pleased with his work. I wouldn't have anything else done to my house unless I called him and got his advice about it.

Everything went smoothly and as scheduled! With a busy household, we need someone who knows what they are doing, does it correctly and does it on time. Dennis and his team did all of these for us! We will definitely use them again.

Dennis, the owner of the company, provided the estimate and walked us through the process. The crew started on the day and time promised with pressure washing, caulking, and repairs. Dennis came by daily to check on the job and to ensure we were happy. Cronin Painting was very customer focused and willing to accommodate our requested changes (staining and hanging new wood shutters) at a very reasonable cost. They also did a great job with the repairs. Approximately 1/3 of our cost was repairs to our fascia, trim, and siding due to sun and animal damage. They finished the job earlier than estimated. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Working with Cronin and specifically Dennis is a pleasure. As a customer you can tell he really cares about the customer and wants the customer to be happy.

Dennis gave a detailed estimate, including breaking it down a couple different ways so I could decide if I wanted to include the rear deck and railing in the job. It was important to me to get any exterior repairs done, and not just painted over. Dennis was thorough in reviewing what needed repairing (some fascia and chimney trim) and pointed out some things other estimators missed. I was happy to see Dennis at the site every day, a couple times a day, rather than just handing it off to a subcontracting crew and disappearing, as I've seen others do in the past. He was thorough in his answers to my questions, and quickly called me back when I had questions. The crew was also friendly and professional, taking care in what they did. They also cleaned up everything every day, and at the end of the job. They did a professional, quality job and I am very happy with the results. I would strongly recommend them.

The estimating process was detailed and clear, with items broken out with details and pricing. Dennis and his employees were friendly and professional throughout the job, which started on time, cleaning up thoroughly each day. The carpentry work and repairs were very good - they noticed things we did not. Communication took place throughout the job - we were always informed about who would be at our house and when, and what part they'd be working on. Dennis's attention to detail helped us make decisions about both style and color that we hadn't thought about before, and the house and deck look fantastic. We are also using him to replace windows, because we're confident we'll get the right item and high-quality installation. I gave the pricing a B, only because Cronin Painting was slightly higher than our other quotes. However, we were assured by other customers that it was worth it - AND IT WAS. The high quality, professionalism and attention to detail were worth paying slightly extra for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I was truly blessed to have the local Sherwin-William store recommend Dennis Cronin's team to me. I had searched for someone I trusted and just wasn't coming up with anyone. I purchased a new home that needed a little TLC. They do so much more than painting. Dennis is the most professional contractor I have worked with...PERIOD. Does everything he says he will, very professional crew. Frequent contact with me during the job. Based on the on-line reviews I checked out before Dennis did the work, I was concerned that I couldn't afford him. In the end, it was worth every penny. He found things I didn't notice; has an extremely good eye for detail. At this point, I don't even ask them what it will cost me when I add on projects to the original because I know how much I trust them to be fair and reasonable on price and to give me value for my money! Other contractors gave me varying opinions about their ability to replace my balcony deck flooring. Dennis committed to it up front that THEY COULD DO THE WORK. I watched the crew go to work and it was amazing to see how they did it, watch their skill at work. I've already recommended him personally to a few friends. He did the work for one of them and they are truly happy with him and his team too.

I wish there was a higher rating than and quot;Aand quot;, because Dennis Cronin and his team certainly earned it. While I didn't disclose the cost of service, I can tell you it was LARGE. Not that he overcharged, it was a big project. During the estimate process Dennis Cronin took the time to go over every detail, explained what was needed, gave options and wrote it down. The estimate was very competitive and thorough. We selected Dennis Cronin and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was there every day to monitor and guide the work; his team was extremely professional and courteous; they arrived on time every day and worked the full day; and clean up was performed every day and equipment placed in the proper area every evening. The final tally was job done on time, on budget and flawless. We are in the process of getting Dennis Cronin to do additional work for us this year.

We purchased a short sale and hired Dennis to do extensive work to it. Dennis was exceptionally easy to work with and showed up when he said he would. He does very high quality work for a reasonable price. (Note I didn't say he does cheap work for cheap price). He continually kept us updated on the progress of the expanding scope of our project. Dennis even personnally worked all day on a Saturday to ensure our house was perfect and ready for an event my wife was hosting the following day. When unexpected situations arose (as will always happen on a big project), Dennis was quick to make a consultative recommendation and provide alternatives. Cost add-ons for our project were very minimal and only when the repairs were clearly out of scope. We had one minor issue during the installation (a blind was re-installed and screwed into our new windows) and Dennis was quick to offer to replace the window at no charge to me--that is standing behind your service! This is the second time we used Dennis (we weren't on Angie's List 2 years ago) but we will continue to use him and recommend him to you as well. He has already done work for one of my neighbors and they are very happy as well.
