Cumming Lawn Service

I had used prior carpet cleaners and was always highly disappointed, so I was very pleasantly surprised at what an amazing job these guys did! They got out stubborn spots, and my 9 year carpet looked like it was only a year old :) I will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY recommended!

The man who answered the phone, requested and received location (address, zip code etc.) He further requested email address as well which I also provided. For various reasons (such as spam mail, junk email inbox, and unsolicited junk letters delivered to mail box), I'm usually very hesitant to give information to strangers, but without hesitation, I gave him all he asked for, as he assured me that if they couldn't provide estimate today, the latest could be on Monday. Almost 3 hours afterwards I received a text stating that ...sorry they are outside my service area..." I was surprised as, I'm within close proximity to this company--does this mean they only service 30040 zip code where they're located only and no other zip codes in Cumming- that just doesn't make any sense at all. It would have been better if he had come up with a reason that makes sense, but this poor excuse is beyond moot. I believe wholeheartedly that after providing my full address which was requested, if Cumming Lawn Service didn't service my area, that should have been clearly and succinctly communicated immediately-that was NOT done. I would never recommend this company to anyone; that's definitely not the way to do business as this approach is unprofessional and lacking in good taste to prospective customers. It appears this was a totally concocted story, that's why they chose to text to inform me, though initially I had called and spoke directly when I requested an estimate. Again, the story doesn't make sense, and simply doesn't add up. Level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
