We recently hired CRES Builders to finish our 1,300 sqft basement after evaluating 3-4 other companies. Itâ s very clear why Mirko and team have such positive reviews! Very early in the process we were provided a detailed accounting of what to expect and a generalized schedule of construction activities. We greatly appreciated CRES Buildersâ approach to payment. They took weekly allotment payments so that we paid as we went. No up-front costs and you pay upon completion of work for that week. CRES Builders was consistently available communication-wise and was always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and feedback. Making any changes to our build was an easy and smooth process. With any build, there can be hiccups along the way and CRES Builders makes sure to inform you of this, prepare you for it, and find effective solutions to ensure that you are happy. CRES Builders Quality of Work: CRES Builders ALWAYS showed up punctually, ready to work. Any time that the work fell behind, even if it was from changes we made, CRES Builders made sure to put in extra time that very week to get us caught back up on our established finishing date. CRES Builders has great workers, sub contractors, and vendors that work with them. Each person that we came into contact with were kind and courteous and provided exceptional customer service. Each individual had great knowledge of their particular craft and provided exceptional work. They were able to answer a litany of questions, provide you with samples, and took the time to meet with you on a personal level. We never felt rushed in this process. Even when it came to installation, CRES Buildersâ vendors, sub contractors, and workers took time to show us their work (portfolios), describe how they do their work, provide us with transparent numbers about how they got to their price point, and followed up with us about our satisfaction regarding their work. Additionally, they were punctual in answering any additional questions and/or concerns we had about the work. Finally, we wanted to leave this last part of the review for the project manager, Mirko. Mirko was beyond amazing, both personally and professionally. Mirko is committed to providing great customer service, good communication, and a quality project. Mirko was completely in control of this project and always knew where he was in the process, who was coming and going, what time they were arriving, and what issues (if any) were going on. Mirko was able to effectively provide solutions, enhance our vision of the space, and work within our budget. Most importantly, Mirko provided overall snapshots every week regarding budget, cost/price changes, and a detailed layout of where the money was going. Mirko and his team from CRES builders exceeded our expectations for our basement remodel. From the first meeting to lay out our ideas to the final walk through, we are highly satisfied with our entire experience. Mirko even finished the project EARLY and that included all required inspections. We met with 3 other contractors before deciding on CRES and here are a few ways this company stands out among all the others...Mirko laid out all of the expectations ahead of time and communicated with us daily via text, phone calls and site visits. There was rarely a day we didn't see him. A dumpster and portable bathroom were brought to our home before the project started to ensure the crew kept the work site clean and had facilities to use. There was a lock placed on our basement door for the crews so we did not have to manage any of their arrivals/departures. The quality of the work is excellent! No decisions were made without reviewing it with us first, such as the direction the tile should lay on the bathroom floor or the height of the backsplash on the kitchen counter. Mirko's experience and selection of quality crews made this project enjoyable and our whole family loves the new basement.

After meeting with 4 separate companies, we knew Mirko and his team were the right contractors for our home remodeling. Mirko's professionalism, politeness and overall knowledge of remodeling not only impressed us, but made us feel it wasn't just a transaction to him but that he truly was excited to work with us and prove we were making the right decision going with Cres Builders. They provided consistent quality work and we were absolutely ecstatic once the project was completed. Their flexibility allowed us to use a separate company that is family owned for our cabinets to help with costs and even after a few hiccups by my family's cabinet company that were no fault to his own, Mirko and his team maneuvered their way around these setbacks and still met our deadline with no drop in the quality of work. The amount of detail they put in from top to bottom has already made us recommend their services to numerous friends and family in the area. His weekly snapshot spreadsheets allowed us to follow along which part of the project they were working on that week in a very detailed and easy to understand manner. Mirko and his team do AMAZING work and act with the upmost professionalism. Mirko runs an accurate and well thought business. He communicates openly and sets clear expectations. He showed up a couple of days durning the week long project to make sure all was giong well and that we were satisfied. While his main business is remodeling, he is willing to take on the "fix" the big problems jobs. We had a 2 major leaks - one in our kitchen and one on our deck. He and his team worked to find the sources and then worked diligently to replace the necessary parts and replace the ceilings. You cannot go wrong hiring Mirko and his team.

Throughout our basement build out Mirko and his team were not only professional, but also caring and creative. Given we were novice to this process Mirko was very patient throughout as well. I had been looking for contractors for additional building as indoor golf studio to our existing house. After I interviewed five other contractors, I fortunately found CRES Builders by Home Advisor. At first I had good impression with Mirko, owner of CRES, by his response and polite attitude. Even free estimate, he spent time with me for details. And he tried to understand my need. Through good communications with him I felt that he is honest and sincere as well as his knowledge and experience. All his crews including subcontractors and venders are excellent and have good manners. There were challenges about roof required some complicate issues (such as 12 feet high ceiling, not cover sky light on the roof of main house, matching angle of roof from front view, also considering bathroom and foyer high, and water flow correctly). Amazingly Mirko could solve all problems by his structural engineer effort. My husband and I am very happy with their excellent job. The quality of building is more than expected. Even we made many change orders, Mirko organized schedule and conducted people very well. We communicated often by emails and texts. Because we trust him by his professional job, we asked him more projects of main house, 25 years old. He took care of most of our projects such as windows and doors replacement, rodded area repairs, under roof facia paint, and so on. We are totally satisfied with his complete work! It is our great honor to introduce Mirko to our neighbors and friends. Our house could make beautiful transformation because of him. Mirko built our dream as his motto! Thank you very much, Mirko!

We had such a great experience with Mirko Attolini and his entire crew! They made the entire process run smoothly, stress-less and everyday had a smile on their face. What I really appreciated about the CRES Builders team was how accommodating they have been towards my family, completely transparent and extremely organized; all the way down to the daily tasks completed and when everything will be completed. Their work is high quality and they were phenomenal at helping us with making final design decisions and picking up whatever was needed for the project. I will never go elsewhere and in fact are starting a phase 2 the week after we complete phase 1. They are wonderful!

We left for a week on vacation while CRES refinished our hardwoods. They were on time the morning we left and when we arrived the house was spotless. Absolutely no dust remnants. Very professional, very dependable, and excellent quality.

I have used CRES for several projects on my home. Every experience with them has been fantastic. Mirko, the owner, is one of the most honest and trustworthy guy I know. In the construction/remodeling industry, this is unfortunately very rare. He does a great job at looking at the job to be done and presenting different options for how to go about finishing the work. Every job that he has done for me has been outstanding quality and backed by a good warranty. I would not hesitate to hire Mirko and CRES again in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Although not the least expensive quote, you frequently get what you paid for. Mirko and his team were very diligent, understood the time constraint, and ultimately delivered high quality work. There were a few small things that we noticed on the walk through and Mirko's team quickly addressed them. I would highly recommend them.
