The owner of the company came out and did the cleaning himself and most importantly didn't attempt to bait and switch me with pre treatments, pet stain, treatments, etc. He even cleaned a few rugs for me I had not asked about initially and we agreed on a fair price so there were no surprises. He even cleaned and extra rug I did not ask to have cleaned and did not charge me. I would hire this company again.

+ 0 moreIt was a pleasure to do business with Darnell. He worked hard to assure that we were happy. We had multiple carpet stains & he was able to remove 95%. I honestly did not expect that much. We have pillow style sofa that had gotten dirty from storage in the basement. He has it looking new again! My family enjoyed meeting him. We shared lots of laughs and stories while he worked. It felt like he was actually a part of our family. Great guy with a strong business ethic. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: He refused to move furniture. Had to do it myself and replace it myself! Told me carpet was not dirty under furniture. Method smelled good, but rubbing carpets to re clean spots was amazing at how much dirt was in the carpets. This method cannot remove dirt as it wets carpet and then uses a cloth rotating pad to remove dirt. Was not at all satisfied with job. I get dirt out with my Hoover! Very disappointed. I had to point out several areas that had spots and he reluctantly went over them by hand. He did miss many spots that I noticed after he left.

+ -1 moreArrived when he said he would. Did a very professional job. Was almost embarrassed to charge us his minimum charge because the rooms weren't all that big. We are very pleased with his work and will refer him to others any chance we get. On top of all that, he is a car buff and took a few pics of my current restoration project.

+ -1 moreCitrusSolution came out on short notice prior to our furniture being delivered. He called ahead, and arrived on time. Very friendly and very professional. The carpets are clean and fresh. Very little moisture left behind. The carpets were completely dry in a few hours. The citrus smells good too. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: CitrusSolution cleaned 3 bedrooms, great room, and dining room upstairs. They also cleaned 2 bedrooms, a family room, and stairs downstairs.

I have a very large area rug that I did not think would clean up and Darnell did a great job getting it clean, he took alot of time to go over the bad spots and made sure when he was finished we were both satisfied with how it looked. He was there at the exact time he told me he would arrive, and also he is so pleasant and friendly that I enjoyed chatting with him as he was cleaning!

+ -1 moreWe have four dogs and a house full of white carpeting. We use Darnell aobut every two or three months and we have never been disappointed. He goes over and beyond consistantly, often getting down on his hands and knees to get out tough spots. We highly recommend this Citrus Solutions and will continue using him for a long time, at least until we can replace the carpeting maybe with wood! We ahve also asked Darnell to clean furniture upholstery, which did an aoutstanding job at as well.

+ -1 moreDarnell does an exceptional job, never failing to go over and beyond each and every time. one thing that we especailly like about this service is that the carpet is almost completely dry when he leaves. Furniture is always moved and little extras are never a problem. We highly recommend Darnel and CitruSolutions of Cummingand will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We have been using this CitruSolutions for about two years. Darnell comes out about once every three months to get that Georgia clay out of our white carpeting. (We have four dogs!)

+ -1 moreI use them once every 2-3 months. The last time I used them, I paid $80. They were very good. Their pricing was good. I keep using them because they have very good customer service. Also, they do not saturate the carpets. So, it is not wet when they leave. The guy, who comes out, is exceptionally good. He has very good customer service and is dedicated to what he does. I would recommend this company and I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Darnell came out, cleaned the carpeting, made sure we were satisfied and then worked on a few spots that he himself was not satisfied with. The overall experience was excellent and we plan on using him probably twice a year or as needed.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Citrus Solutions and we couldn't be more pleased with this company and the service they offer. Our white carpeting is once again white, free from spots. What we liked even more is that the carpeting dried quickly and every little detail was attended to. We highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. We asked them to clean all our carpeting, which was three bedrooms, three hallways and two bathrooms.
